I might be able to squeeze in an hour or two worth of napping in between, but it's not bloody likely. More likely is that I'll just come home and fall asleep and miss work altogether.

Yeah, i've been getting **** like this for a while.

I find the only way I can wake up after crashing like that is to drink a ****load of water before I go to sleep. The body naturally forces you to get up to urinate, it's pretty obvious but I used to ignore it. Its the only way I can wake up when I want to nowadays.
