Hey, I was wondering what the people here think metallica's next album should be like.
I personally think it should have hte thrash of KEA-AJFA, the "dark" feeling of the loads, the production of the black album, and some cliff like bassing(RIP). Though it would be better if they created a whole new unique sound.

We can only wait and see what they do.

Hey, this is unimportant, but in my science class, students are alowed to bring CDs in and if you're lucky, the teacher would play a requested song off of it, but it can't swear or have offensive lyrics. So I wanted to play Dyers Eve off of AJFA on Monday, but "I've outgrown that ****ing lullaby" wouldn't settle well with the teacher, so I'll ask to play Blackened instead. This'll be cool because most of the kids in my class are either rap or punk-pop. I'm like the only metalhead. :evil:

I prefer Mustaine's solos and his writing is fantastic.

But I also think Metallica wouldn't be Metallica if they didn't pick up Hammett.
He has done some pretty amazing solos.

Dyers Eve still has my favorite solo from Mr. Hammet.

comparing Hammett to Mustaine is like comparing Michael Jordan to Wayne Gretzky...ya just can't, their both amazing.
