I can only hope so.

I'm wicked-jealous of Matt's guitar now. He has a fucking synth patch on his guitar or something. I don't know exactly what it is, but it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen. If you've ever seen Bill Bailey's live DVDs, you might know what I mean. That stick where if you move your hand towards it, it makes a weird 'zap' noise. Either way, he was just playing the opening for "Invincible" with it, and now I want one. He's shredding the solo now though :D
OMG realy? that sound so awesome.

he lazer guitar was awesome, but with one of them, jee. He has the best.

I was consoring makeing a guitar like his, some how.

well, i was going to get a Squier tele, one with the pickgaurd over the knobs, and buy a mirror pickgaurd, then buy cheap pedals, pull them appart, route out the back, and put the bits into a guitar, that would be so sweet.
I agree, he was a bit overhyped. I'm just saying about how happy I am the Pens might stay here.
I might also add, I'm a flyers fan.

Sorry cob ;-*
Chris: I heard, but I'll be seeing them support Brand New anyway. I'd have gone to NFG/SA, but none of my friends particularly like either band.
Yeah, my mate told me NFG are touring, so I asked who was supporting. She said she didn't know, so I checked their site, saw that it was Say Anything, and near enough creamed my pants.
Hopefully they'll do a couple of headline shows around the time, that's what I want more.

And I know what you mean about Matt's guitar, it sounds like it would be boss.
Muse are such a good live band anyway, can't wait until Leeds when I can see them again.

Kif 06-28-2006 04:13 PM

That synth patch though, I could play on that thing all day. It sounded so awesome. They finished off with "Knights Of Cydonia", which sounded like the album version to me, only with a lot more energy since it was live. Can't argue with that though, since I like the album version.

nobodyblossomsforever 06-28-2006 04:32 PM

What's crackin' cuzes?

And no, you can't make text bigger in the rep comments Kif. :p

Kif 06-28-2006 04:37 PM
METALLICA SONG OFF NEW ALBUM
I hope it doesn't suck. :-\

Kif 06-28-2006 05:03 PM

Is that the one they played live at Download? If so, I heard it's pretty boring apart from the solo. But then again, any news about Metallica playing a new song is going to be heavily criticised.

form 06-28-2006 05:05 PM

hmm, not sure, but it is live, and its from berlin, so maybe, but not totally sure, but its just starting, so may be good

i liked st. anger though, it got me into metallica

<_<

Mute Print 06-28-2006 05:08 PM

St. Anger was bad. I love pretty much everything Metallica has ever done aside from that.

form 06-28-2006 05:12 PM

i like st anger, but still like the older stuff, probably the older better, but its been a long time since ive listened to them

new song is meh, it'd be easier to judge it if it werent live

nobodyblossomsforever 06-28-2006 05:13 PM

O_O

I swear to God everytime I talk to Sara over the phone I break into a sweat.

Kif 06-28-2006 05:17 PM

I don't even like Metallica, but that isn't because of St. Anger. They have some great songs, but most of them sound the same and it bores me a bit. I absolutely love "Fuel" though.

form 06-28-2006 05:27 PM

im sorta like that on NOFX, they're alright, but get boring and same sounding after a while, bad religion can do that if i keep listening, but i like metallica

Untitled 06-28-2006 05:40 PM

Metallica have a load of realy good track.

But the realy good trakcs are heavily out wieghed by bad ones i think.

nobodyblossomsforever 06-28-2006 05:52 PM

Meh...Metallica. :-\

DepthsOfDreams555 06-28-2006 05:57 PM

I just had to scoop ice cream for like 200 people it was hell.

nobodyblossomsforever 06-28-2006 05:59 PM

Jesus, you can tell it's summer, haha.

DepthsOfDreams555 06-28-2006 06:00 PM

The ice cream was hard because the people weren't smart enough to get it out in advance to let it thaw, my hand is dead.

Does this user EVER post in PP?

DepthsOfDreams555 06-28-2006 06:18 PM

That's so stupid, I don't know why someone would vote in the PPOTM if they have NO IDEA how they have posted this month. People don't even understand the point of the award. That gets me goin haha.

form 06-28-2006 06:20 PM

DepthsOfDreams555 06-28-2006 06:22 PM

Yea this Sunday right Cob? I watched a Chapelle stand up DVD a couple days ago, man that guy is so funny. I love Chapelle Show.
same with me, i dunno, i dont think it should be accepted, but idfk
I think so.

Was it the hour long one where he goes on later about a baby dealing drugs? If so, that's hilarious.

"Hey baby, go home."
"NIGGA I GOT KIDS TO FEED!!!"

Untitled 06-28-2006 06:24 PM

Maybe they read the forums but dont post?

probably not gonna, but im not gonna say anything, just not add it on...

DepthsOfDreams555 06-28-2006 06:27 PM

No this one was the one where he talks about the guy jacking off on the bus and he holds up the bus with his cock, it's got so much good stuff on there. I have seen that one you're talking about though and it's hilarious!!! I love that part. And when he's talking about when he's talking to the cops and he's high.

"You know you were speeding"
"I didn't know you couldn't do that"

I could quote lines from Dave Chapelle all night, I love it.
