You Can Fix it
i have a esp ltd any tips on taking the buzz out of the low e or should i got to a shop to get it done?
It Depends on if You Know what your Doing All you have to do is adjust the
Action On the Bridge it lowers/Rasise the strings off the Fret Board and
if Your Going to Do it your self Use a Tuner to make sure that the open E
and the 12th fret on the E are the same It actually Really Easy to fix and
Its Better to do your self and to Know how to fix it alright man.

But if you don't Know how take it to A shop and watch Them if
You can to learn how

Sorry I Didn't Read Your Post till today :thumb:
$600.00 thats a real good price.

What kind of set is it?

Demographics give me a headache

I had to study that in high school

:) :upset:
:upset: I have a headache right now, from trying to draw in the Zip Code areas in Philly... I'm working with this teeny map with only a few major roads on it, and trying to draw the boundries on my big *** map.. with ALL the roads on them... I have to sit there and figure it out... I've only got NE Philly done... and why can't they make them straight boxes!!!! Whys it all got to be weird *** shapes?!?!

*sigh*

I sold a Beginner level Verve set. The set only came with the drums, a drum throne, and a high hat stand and a ride stand.. no cymbals.. so I sold them a Sabian Package.. high hat, ride and crash.. got them an extra stand for the third cymbal and woo...

It was funny.. the kid was trying to decide if he wanted black or blue.. we could have ordered him other colors, but he was impatient.. like most people are when it comes to getting a new instrument... and he was like.. "well, they are both bruise colors.. I'm a very dark person..." And I was like.. O.o... YOU ARE 12!!!!! WTF!? So I go "well, we could order you a red one.. you know.. red is the color of blood....." and he goes "yea.... I dunno..." "Or I can get you a green one... green could be the color of rotting things..." and his parents were giggling in the background cause while he was being serious.. I was being flat out "are you retarded?!" sarcasitc.

I finally convinced him to go with the blue... it'll be more noticeable on stage... you know.. cause he wears all black, you don't want him to blend in with the set too much....

I'm sure that was fun. :p

As of yet, I haven't really experienced anything such as that at music stores (mind you, from just a bystander point of view, not an employee).

The people here who are like that already have guitars, and I can't say I like them, so I never get to see them play.

:p

Bass+Fingers+Amp=Groove 08-08-2004 11:20 PM

huh , zip codes?

PaulSimonon 08-08-2004 11:23 PM

I wanted to work at the local guitar shop, but they said they didn't need help... then I tried to work at the local hockey store, and they said to come back in four years. No job for me this year=no head or cab
 sounds fun todays youth frightens me.
Seriously! Where the HELL do these kids get this...

At his age... I was a "dark person"... but that was due to my anger and mental illness... and I kept it to my **** self.

In today's society.. it's cool to be a "troubled kid".. and it bothers the **** out of me.. because they are taking something that is psychological.. that many people have to suffer with daily.. and making it into a fad.

Now if I could only get lemmings to be a fad...

And... tomorrow I have to work at the SW store.. (the store where I met my psychotic lunatic stalker..) And I'm kind of nervous about it... cause I mean.. when the cops tell you you have to leave because you are creeping people out.. and you are a pretty righteous "christian".. you are going to want to go back and like... be like WTF?! I'm a CHRISTIAN!

I'm going to have my BF on standby.. he lives around the corner (he was at a wedding Sat.. unfortunately... or he could have saved my ***..) I don't think a christian is going to want to mess with a 4th degree black belt...

I agree, I find it extremely interesting that the "cool" people are supposedly depressed.

A girl I know always wears black, and just acts depressed around the "cool" people; other than that she's a whiny, light-hearted brat. :p

It's really irritating, because they are, as you said, turning suffering into a fad. I've had to deal with depression myself and have had friends kill (or almost kill) themselves because of it, and it makes me angry as hell when I see people like that.

As for the SW store...I don't understand why they told you to leave? How were you creeping people out? :p

Bass+Fingers+Amp=Groove 08-08-2004 11:28 PM

i knew that, but do they have to do with anything on the forums.

har har...

Anyway... I acutally do almost always wear black... but its because... I dunno.. I mean.. I look good in it... I'm not fond of "normal" colors... spring and summer colors make me want to puke, not to mention I can't wear most of them because of my coloring...

I wear more colors in the wintertime.. but they are dark colors.. like.. plum, and burgandy.. red... The stores that I shop at usually make fun of me. And I had one of my goth students go to me a few weeks ago and say "Heather.... do you always wear black?" and I go "Actually.. most of the time, yes..."

I actually can't wear white... I look dead in it :(

Too many people acting depressed to be "cool",
I'm not sure if what I have would classify as depression, so I don't say that I am depressed, because I'm probably not. I've had a couple of friends try to kill themselves, one landed in one of those crazy rehab places, and the other got put on anti-depressants.

BTW, LR had a stalker who had to be asked to leave, not her.
