But I'm feeling lazy.

Very lazy.

And hungry :(

IAJP 02-10-2005 04:03 PM

Yeah, that took me a good ole' while.

Six Foot Revolver 02-10-2005 04:20 PM

Is Tyr a worthwhile purchase? Because I haven't heard anything from the non-ozzy years

King_Karl 02-10-2005 04:23 PM

My 1000th post goes in tribute of Sabbath!

IAJP 02-10-2005 04:27 PM
Is Tyr a worthwhile purchase? Because I haven't heard anything from the non-ozzy years
Yeah, it's the best Tony Martin album.

A lot of the Dio stuff, actually all of the Dio era Sabbath is worth getting, De-humanizer being the heaviest.

And Karl:
wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey

King_Karl 02-10-2005 04:32 PM

Does anybody know if the Black Sabbath cd with Ian Gillan on it is any good, I mean with that line up you wouldn't think anything could go wrong, but I know from other super groups not to make that statment

JACKROXYOU 02-10-2005 07:51 PM

Born Again,
overall, a weak album, but It's O.K, Ian Gillian has a great voice, but it doesn't really suit Sabbath to be quite honest.

Brew 02-11-2005 12:09 PM

Fans of Deep Purple should appreciate Born Again.

IAJP 02-11-2005 12:11 PM

I should but when I lent it I didn't enjoy it.
Zero The Hero...
I have heard bad things about the DVD. What do you think of it?
depend, do you have anything like HMV or virgin in australia?

but amazon will probably work :thumb:

IAJP 02-11-2005 12:40 PM

Amazon is great, I ordered all my Megadeth C.D'S off it.

shadow_stalker 02-11-2005 12:42 PM

i orderd dehumanizer and a dragonforce cd off it, quick delivery

Brew 02-11-2005 02:48 PM

I ordered 5 cd's and a few were ''dispatched in 1-2 weeks'' so I won't get them 'til I'm back from Scotland.

IAJP 02-11-2005 02:50 PM

De-humanizer is a fantastic album, probbably my favourite Dio era album.

Brew 02-11-2005 05:18 PM

Right, I'm off to sleep and won't be back online again for over a week, half a good halfterm for the guys that are on it.

If a n00b enters asking a n00bish question, someone think of what Brummington would do and give an appropriate answer :p

Now's everyones chance to beat me in postcount for this thread...

Back from a long Sabbath induced coma.

I have been trying to listen to every studio album in full
everyday. I have to eliminate alot of time like tv and guitar and
stuff, but i can get from BLACK SABBATH to Kiss of death off of
forbidden in 24 hours.

So i've been asleep for about a week.

Josh 02-12-2005 11:20 AM

Yep, T.V Crimes rules.
What do you think (or anyone in general) about Born Again?
I've said it once I'll say it again, Ian Gillian has a great voice, but it doesn't suit the music!
