i would highly recommend using the panning. whenever i record multiple basslines, i always pan them. it will add much more space to the song, and will help avoid it being muddy and too busy sounding.

And "just play the bass, obviously", well I am but my fingers are sore (the steel strings feel really rough :confused:) and I cant hear much but *twang*twang*twang* and some background ringing noises as the strings vibrate each other :rolleyes:

press the Print Scrn button (should be above and to the right of the backspace key)

then just open paint and click on paste!
