i can never tell the difference between skinheads and bald people.
write a song about death and the journey across the five rivers of hades. i've put up a bunch of my songs up. only two of them are thrash but i'd like you guys to gimme your opinions.
Skinheads always wear boots (doc martens/undercovers etc) and they wear bomberjacks and stuff like that so.. Yeah I've read the lyrics.. and I have to say.. You did quite a job there, very nice. |
Bump, also I kno some people like skinheads but they have long hair

Standard gear for skinheads is usually red suspenders and boots with red laces. More often than not, they'll have a ****load of tattoos as well.. heh. |
Meh, an anti-wigger song would be the GREATEST :thumb:
There is one.... M.O.D. - Wigga |
W.A.S.P. In 2 Days :D
I got Exodus Fabulous Disaster yesturday and to be honest i dont think exodus are actually that good this album has some very good tracks but the majority isnt that good the new one tempo is about the same to tho bonded by blood is very good i still think exodus are a bit overrated *waits to be flamed* |
actually i agree with you dimebag, i always thoughtthat exodus sort of held testaments place up there towards the top of the thrash totem pole
|
Exodus are on a pedestal because:
1) They were one of the first thrash bands, originated before metallica, slayer etc. and 2) Bonded By Blood is a classic, plain and simple. But yes, on a whole, they are not as consitantly good as say overkill or sodom, but are have always been better than testament. ;) |

Arch Enemy Wuss Out of WMD Tour! 05.02.04 - 10:15PM In what came as a complete shock to the Machine Head camp, perennial support act Arch Enemy have informed headliners Machine Head that they must pull out of the entire Weapons Of Mass Destruction tour because singer Angela Gossow broke a fingernail which had recently been through a vigorous French manicure. Citing work visa problems and strained vocals to the media, the troubles began for the German vixen when, upon raising her devil horns for the 349th time during Arch Enemy's bizarre performance at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival, her fingernail got caught in what could only be described as a metal-horned catastrophe. The members of Machine Head instinctively rushed to her aid, offering her mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, after which the ever-benevolent MH boys granted the openers permission to miss a handful of shows while she recovered from what the metal diva claimed was "an extremely painful broken nail". Unfortunately, word came from their management and booking agent today that the nail would need emergency manicuring and that only the best French manicurist in all of Sweden could perform the repair, thus resulting in the bands' inability to complete the entire remainder of the tour. To the relief of no one in particular, not a single ticket holder asked for a refund. hmmmm just taking the piss abit |
Machine Head = not funny. Arch enemy will always be better than they are
|
arch enemy are very good the two guitarists are aamzing i think they must of done summat very bad to get the piss taken out of them like that then again you can let them off for being angry if they have cancelled the whole tour they were doing for a stupid reason
|
Not the point... many bands cancel tours. It's not like they are the first. Machine Head are still playing, aren't they? I'd certainly refund my ticket for something like that.
|
I'll bet that Arch Enemy just don't want to play with them...
|
I have come to the conclusion that Sodom is better than, uh, Metallica.
/me is smaert :dorky: |
no way!11! hetfield is the best ryhtm guitairist EVER!!! no one Can beat Hammet for spped and skill wise??? Sodom is sux! Ive never heard em, but they sux!?!
|
Ha ha :p poor fanboys. They'll eventually be educated.
EDIT: Check out my new thrash review: http://www.musicianforums.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3154429#post3154429 |
I'll have to do a review of Among the Living sometime, since I'm kind of Mr. Anthrax of the Titans. I'll be doing a review on the Epinions site that I'm a member of, and I get paid for that.
|
 fuc.kin hell? You get fuc.king PAID!?!? So if I just joined up I would get paid too?
|
You get paid a little. If you write a good review with more than 100 words, then you get paid for how many people visit your review. More good reviews, more money. The site is www.epinions.com. Write a detailed review of Darkness Descends for your first review. Also, don't forget to use Lord Dargon as your name so I know who you are. Actually, it would be cool if all us titans did it. :thumb:
|
That's nuts! I can't do it though...
"Where is all this money coming from in the mail, David?" :/ |
I'll bet that Arch Enemy just don't want to play with them...
Arch Enemy blows... and they'd do anything to play in front of larger audiences, so I doubt that's the case... I think the reason they dropped off IS because of that bitch of a vocalist they have. She can't keep up with the men... It's only a matter of time now before she's gone... her job is done. This I guarantee. |
Thank god someone said they Blow! they blow hard. Machine Head are way better than Arch Enemy....just off the strength of Burn My Eyes.
|
Yah Arch Enemy do blow. I don't really dislike the older stuff (they were really good live). But I've seen 'em live with the new vocalist (angela?) and it's godawful
|
haha! I know it's off topic, but I'll say it anyway....
I was just watching a live Priest video (The Hellion/Electric Eye) which I downloaded from their site. Amazing though Rob Halford is, he looks so funny and very camp on this video (Yes, I know he's gay) and it just made me laugh. I wanted to share this with the world....cause I'm bored. |
It's not off topic. Preist is speed metal, and speed is colse enough to thrash... even through they aren't that close
|
I don't think Arch Enemy are the greatest out today, but I'd listen to them over Machine Head or any other 'hardcore mallcore' band.
