I did ICT key skills- passed *those lessons were a joke though, I did NOTHING in them all year and then did my second project the night before it was due.

and my dad bought me a guitar book as a reward (it's like a fancy book, about 400+ pages, and it's about the history of a guitar, the techincal side of a guitar, playing techniques for loads of music styles, and the histroy of just about every guitar make ever)

Way to rub it in for us who don't talk to our father.

I needed to work on packing up today because tomorrow, I have an all-day session of Neverwinter Nights with a couple of friends, broken up in the middle by band practice. So I need to get on that toady.

Also, a friend loaned me the full set of an anime, ".hack//SIGN", and wants them back before I go off to college. So I've been watching quite a bit of that as well.

Mike, what was the last anime/manga you recommended to me?

I can't remember, though I if I had a choice, I'd probably say the "dot hack" anime, or ".hack//SIGN". It's about an online, 3D MMORPG World (played with a VR Headset) in which you have basically free reign over your character's personality and actions. One character, Tsukasa, is a bit of a jerk, and wanders around doing whatever he feels like and avoiding social interaction... until he finds he can't log out of the game. The premise is that he and a small group of players that he meets try to unravel the mystery around his condition, both in the game World and the real world, and the plot gets mighty twisty with duplicitous characters, malevolent entities, and multiple unique sub-plots.

In the series, attention is mostly payed to the game World, and the real world is visualized in a grainy black and white. I'm on episode 22 of 26 and haven't truly finished, so I don't know quite how it ends, but I think it's right up your alley, Ben.
