well, power metal with 'harsh' vocals is stuff like Wintersun, would that really make AtG fast power metal with harsh vocals =/

I don't know, but the melodic death genre, to my ears, sounds way too fluckin commercial. All that 'Arch Enemy' and 'In Flames' stuff just doesn't sound right. Mixing Death with the production techniques you would find on a N'Sync recording, just totally kills the illusion these bands are trying to conjure. I like Melody. I like Death Metal. But,the two of 'em don't blend so well. Give me bands like 'Death', 'Atheist', 'Cynic', etc. I'm drawing a blank here. Who else would fit in with these three I just mentioned?

although i do agree its their best album i listen to it more than their older stuff
