I want a Pathfinder mod, so the Half-Elf isn't useless, and so the Half-Orc isn't useless for anything non-mêlée. could play a Half-Orc Bard with a racial +2 on CHA, and 6 INT... or something else ridiculous.

Half-Elf is awful in DnD 3E and 3.5E. it's like they decided "you know what would be cool? what if we had a race that had all the bad things about Human and Elf, but none of the good things!"

would be better if they at least got the extra skill points or a bonus feat
