meh it's not very good; distant cries of cranes is a great song but the rest are really dull and pretty much exactly what you'd expect from them

yeah, and i was expecting greatness and they delivered.

Well, their other albums took more than a few listens for me to like them so this one might be the same. Distant Cries of Cranes was the only song that really struck me as great though, mostly because of the awesome bridge section.

Yeah, I was about to say that you will need some time to get into this one aswell.

I love Ars Poetica, the ending of that song is seriously incredible. One of Drudkh's finest. My only complain so far is that you can barely listen to the ****ing snare!

yeah that happens on alot of black metal albums, those drummers need to learn to hit that **** harder when theyre blasting
