Eat less food. Only drink water.

If you don't want to eat healthy food, then eat less of the unhealthy foods, or don't complain that you aren't skinny.

I do only drink water or fruit juice, and i have cut down on eating, and i have lost wieght, but i wanna loose more quicker.

If there's anything I've learned, it doesn't matter how much you weigh, unless you weigh over 300 pounds.

I wieght about 11/12 stone or so. So about 150/60pound

My new monitor came in the mail today. :) It's awesome, but it sucks because Newegg is teasing me and I won't get everything until the next few days. :upset:

That isn't fat at all, or heavy at least. You also don't look that fat in your pics, and pics are supposed to add 50 pounds.

I just watched Superman and Superman II in preperation for Superman Returns this week. They're pretty funny, I still liked them but the dated effects are cause for some sweet humor.

That movie is gonna rule.

I'm sick of always turning the TV on and seeing them talk about how Superman in the upcoming movie is gay. I mean, does there have to be some conspiracy for everything?

i think the new superman looks stupid

one because i never really liked superman anyway, spiderman pwns him, but we hopefully wont go into that again

and he cant die, he gets shot at with that chaingun, it bounces off, someone else shot him, the bullet goes straight into his eye, and it does nothing but bounce off

I do agree that Spiderman is better than Superman, but I still think it'll be a good movie.
