got bored of them fast.

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 12:46 AM

Tsk Tsk, man, you people have no attention span. You guys are worse than MTV.

ToWhatEnd 07-05-2007 12:47 AM

FATA does getting really boring fast, their latest album is the only one with any kind of replay value.

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 12:48 AM

i don't like thier newest one a whole lot. I liked TFWL better.

ToWhatEnd 07-05-2007 12:51 AM

I had a phase with that record where I would listen to four songs and then switch over to something else. That lasted about a month although I still enjoy a couple of tracks off of that. Right now as far as metalcore goes I've been into new August Burns Red, new Haste The Day, the new Darkest Hour tracks and just Killswitch Engage in general. After seeing them live twice they have pretty much taken over as my favorite band in the genre.

Charizard 07-05-2007 12:55 AM

Darkest Hour =/= metalcore. Still love them though.

August Burns Red's music is okay, but their vocals are godawful.

Haste The Day... meh.

I like old Killswitch though.

Their newest one is the best, but the rest of their stuff is not much good.

LifeInABox 07-05-2007 09:09 AM

I was listening to Mordecai, and I really respect Mark Castillo of Bury Your Dead. His drum work in BTTBAM is great.

antihippy 07-05-2007 09:12 AM

that song has really good drumming.

LifeInABox 07-05-2007 09:14 AM

It does. It's fits so well with the mood of the song. Right now I'm listening to Selkies, and the bass in that song is top notch.

RetiredAt21 07-05-2007 11:33 AM

Stop talking about crappy metalcore bands, please. No more FATA talk.

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 11:35 AM

So, I still haven't heard FaTA's very first one, is it any good?

(Sorry Retired, it's an honest question. I'll leave it alone after this.)

LifeInABox 07-05-2007 05:20 PM

retired, you don't like BtBAM?

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 05:21 PM

I don't like BtBaM. Not enough there for me to get into.

LifeInABox 07-05-2007 05:22 PM

Oh. But you like FATA?

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 05:23 PM

The second album mostly. The new one is alright.

And what does that have to do with it? Jesus, I like one, not the other. Sue me.

LifeInABox 07-05-2007 05:27 PM

Uhh, why would I ever do that? It would be a major loss to my funds, to hire a lawyer to state a case that most likely would end up getting thrown out of court, then to pay the fees would probably end up being over a thousand dollars, which wouldn't make my day. Tbh, I don't think it would be worth it.

Can somone explain to me why everyone likes Underoath's new album? It really is sooo beyond mediocre.

I agree.

Behemoth_Rules_All, FATA's first album Too Bad You're Beautiful is brilliant.

Invicta_Veritas 07-05-2007 06:09 PM

Okay thanks.
