I mean, my gf doesn't eat meat.
Now she has a way too low level of b12 vitamin and feels like crap because she's missing out on some other important suplements.
I respect her way of thought, but I don't agree.
Taking chemical pills and stuff, even taking b12 vitamin shots at the docters, for which they probably use animal flesh to extract it.

I think it's quite hypocritic, but I'll leave everyone to his own choiceon this matter.

We are omnivorous(sp?), so I feel no reason not to.

I take synthetic B12 pills, but that's it, and I don't have any deficiencies (that I know of, at least). But a lot of people do, so you've got to be careful what you eat.

I really need to look into Bongzilla when I get home from work.

They're certainly worth a listen.
The blues influence is so obvious, and well it's so damn catchy.
