Yours is still pretty good also, just replace the Supertramp with something else.

Johnny B. Good 01-15-2005 11:16 PM

Supertramp isn't that bad

RockAndRoll 01-15-2005 11:16 PM

BlackDeathMetalJazz or really ANYTHING else please- 01-15-2005 11:18 PM

How did you convert it (avatar) into slides?

Woodstock 01-15-2005 11:19 PM

I don't think they're bad, just not a fan.

Badmoon 01-15-2005 11:26 PM
How did you convert it (avatar) into slides?
I believe I made that one for him. And all I did was use a GIF animator.

DeusExMachina 01-15-2005 11:38 PM

A gif is an image file that can loop like that.

Does anyone like Love (the band)?

magicbus 01-16-2005 09:00 AM

Haven't heard they, but I do love The Band.

And my favorite epic would be hard to choose, but Echoes is up there, and The End sounded like a nice choice. Close To The Edge would be good too.

And to find out how much rep you give, divide your total rep by 50.

Woodstock 01-16-2005 10:05 AM

Abbey Road should be winning, what's going on?

jpj 01-16-2005 10:07 AM

My favorite Epic would have to be Dogs. Does Mountain Jam count as being "epic" or just long?

I missed Clapton on the relief thing :(, but I did see Trey Anastasio on Austin City Limits :)

Woodstock 01-16-2005 10:10 AM

Mountain Jam might count, I don't see why it wouldn't.

thickasabrick 01-16-2005 12:28 PM
Abbey Road should be winning, what's going on?
i dont mind Abbey Road not winning, because all lot of non classic rock fans are gonna vote Tool. Plus their are some other great albums up there, like Tommy. But Abbey Road should definitely be in the top three, which it isn't right now.

edit- Screw you Woodstock, you got the 20000th post!! i missed it by one post and i didn't even realize it! darn.

Yeah, I have Forever Changes. That is an excellent album.

BludgeonySteve 01-16-2005 01:05 PM

****it. I missed that concerts. All I say was the Canadian version which can't compare :(

Although Rush pwnzerzed.

Broken Arrow 01-16-2005 01:15 PM

I saw it and taped John Mayer and the Roger & Eric thingy.:)

So did you guys jam?

Woodstock 01-16-2005 01:36 PM

Sweet, I got the 20,000 post! I didn't even notice.

Badmoon 01-16-2005 01:45 PM
Mountain Jam might count, I don't see why it wouldn't.
Well, it's not like their is any intenisty growth, or anything really different, it's just long.
Hey Badmoon is Warts And All (vol 1 & 2) by Moe any good?
Well, there's actually three volumes, and I would reccomend you buy something by moe. that is recorded first. But out of those, the best would be Volume 2. I recommend you just go to Nugs and look at their bootlegs.
So did you guys jam?
nope

Woodstock 01-16-2005 01:48 PM

Just because it doesn't involve build-up or intensity doesn't mean it isn't an epic.

Broken Arrow 01-16-2005 01:50 PM
Just because it doesn't involve build-up or intensity doesn't mean it isn't an epic.
That's what I thought an epic was? Oh well.

Woodstock 01-16-2005 01:51 PM
That's what I thought an epic was? Oh well.
Usually it does, but Mountain Jam is an exception.

Broken Arrow 01-16-2005 01:54 PM
Usually it does, but Mountain Jam is an exception.
I see it more as a nice jam.

My favourite Epics-L.A. Woman, The End, Dogs, Echoes, SOYCD, Over the Hills and Far Away.

Badmoon 01-16-2005 01:55 PM
Just because it doesn't involve build-up or intensity doesn't mean it isn't an epic.
Well, an epic would have to surpass the regular. And since "Mountain Jam" is just a jam (basically), and The Allmans jam a lot, it doesn't really surpass much.

Woodstock 01-16-2005 01:57 PM

Well, ok, an epic is a subjective definition. But a 33 minute jam to me seems like an epic.

Broken Arrow 01-16-2005 01:58 PM
