Faraquet - The View From This Tower
yes. what are Back When and Cain and Abel like?

ATM 05-17-2007 11:02 PM

Back When:

http://www.myspace.com/backwhen

Sludge kind of thing, similar to Isis and Neruosis

Cain and Abel:

http://www.myspace.com/cainandabel

Cain and Abel began as an outlet for ex - Most Serene Republic (Arts & Crafts) guitarist/song writer Peter van Helvoort, to explore his changing musical tastes, quickly turning from bedroom recordings into a full-fledged project that has created waves right from the very start.

Robert Crumb 05-17-2007 11:16 PM

The For Carnation-s/t

Very mellow, foreboding, dark post rock band from Kentucky. They share a member from Slint (can't remember exactly who). I wanted to make a thread about these guys but I'm too lazy. This album is better than Spiderland.

AlienEater 05-18-2007 10:16 AM

I want that album. Sounds good.
