What's the basis for being eligable to make that list?

Basically, you (everyone) posts their top posters ranking them from #1-25 (everyone will do it differently, but I'm hoping people will rank others by how productive they are/how much they help the forum as a whole)

How it works: If somebody posts, and say you were their #1 choice, you get 25 points. If you get somebody's #25, you get 1 point. The 40 posters who have the most points make the list.

So its going to be similar to the Pit version, except not as many as 100. Alright, I can deal with this.
