I just took like an hour nap when I got back from school and I was good to go. Napping should be encouraged more tbh.

I either am depressed as hell when I wake up from a nap or just feel like ****. So I tend not to nap.

i take 2-3 hour naps like every day after i get home. not on purpose, i just tend to pass out on the couch frequently.

that's cause i can never fall asleep at night and usually only sleep 2-5 hours a night on weekdays.


but yea i always feel like crap when i wake up from a nap. like all sore and stiff.

I pretty much can't nap, even when I try I just never truly end up falling asleep for any significant amount of time, so now I don't really bother.

Yes but starting school later just ****s up everybody's routine. And it's not the schools job to make sure that kids get sleep.
And at least at my high school, people would have just smoked weed in the parking lot for the extra 90minutes before school started.

you really get 'back' at 7 and dont have any spare time during the day? I have so much time now, I don't even know what the **** to do with all of it.
