sacrifice93.2 04-30-2004 12:49 PM

It just means I get more action sometimes. :naughty:

LordDargon 04-30-2004 01:01 PM

Yes, I meant speed metal. SNM is just as much speed as it is thrash.

The name, album, and lyrics of Necrophagist are total Carcass rip-offs, but the rest of it isn’t really that carcass-influenced other than drum machine and vokills.

And as for the part about ‘kid metalheads’, I’ve heard it all and like (almost) all of it, but thrash still >>> all.

sacrifice93.2 04-30-2004 01:07 PM

There's nothing wrong with being young and being a metalhead! I started listening to metal when I was 13 dammit! It's not a genre that I would want to leave either. In fact, I'm writing thrash music so that people will hear the best of the sub-genres of metal! LONG LIVE THRASH!
\m/:evil:\m/
GET THE HORNS IN THE AIR DAMMIT!

LordDargon 04-30-2004 01:46 PM

\m/ METAL THRASHING MAD!!! \m/

... \m/ CORN PUFFS! \m/ \m/ MARSHMELLOW PEEPS! \m/

Ratmevilempire 04-30-2004 02:05 PM

I'm 14, I've also never fought with Sacrifice or at least not that I can remember and my hair is long because people were talking about that a while back. Also to DimebagDarrell I'm surprised at some of the stuff I can play, the only part of MOP that I can't get is the very beginning of the MOP second solo.

Okay, so we have a little Judas Priest and some other NWOBHM bands... that still doesn't take away from the major punk influence.

I said lyrics aside. They aren't very important anyways, seeing as they grew out of those kind of medical Carcass lyrics... and Carcass has nothing to do with drum machines.

guitarfreakguy101 04-30-2004 04:56 PM

Massive_Head_Trauma 05-02-2004 08:40 AM

Hello fellow anal brothers

I was wondering if I could could join your klue klugs klan. I've of course heard Darkness Descends (In fact, im listening to it as we speak), and I have almost every hardcore gay album that came out in 1986. I'm also into Queer Possessed, Sodomy, and golden showers if that helps. If I get in the clan, my album acronym will be PM for Persecution Mania.

Ratmevilempire 05-02-2004 01:50 PM

WTF's with all the new people wanting to join?

LordDargon 05-03-2004 07:19 AM

Hmm, buncha people must have signed up to MX.

Death Angel - The Ultra Violence is the only good album, in fact I am thinking of reviewing it later
Exodus - Anything from Bonded by Blood to the 3rd album... uh... *scratches head* shi.t can't remember it.

ThrashMaster27 05-03-2004 07:57 AM

The 3rd album is Fabolous Disaster, plus Impact Is Imminent isn't exactly bad. Nor is the new album, now I come to think about it.

sacrifice93.2 05-03-2004 09:06 AM

We certainly jumped in clan popularity. I aslo don't see members from the horde much either.

Griffin_Page 05-03-2004 11:40 AM

Thrash is king... and we will soon have 100 pages of posts.

LordDargon 05-03-2004 11:42 AM

Photophobic is a ****** lover, hah, go check out what he replied to you on the "rap influence" thread :p

(at Sacrifice)

Griffin_Page 05-03-2004 11:50 AM

What does it matter if he is? Or did I miss something?

sacrifice93.2 05-03-2004 01:10 PM

Yeah, I told him and another guy off. I was raised in a multi-ethnic town, so I see all people as equals, but lifestyle is another issue. If a black man does nothing to escape the foolish ways of the ghetto, then he's nothing but a loser, and no one should strive to be like him. Besides, if Photophobic saw me in real life, he would run and hide in fear that I would beat him down. I love being a big guy. Hey, did anyone see Slayer on Viva La Bam last night? I missed it. :upset:

LordDargon 05-03-2004 01:20 PM

I think photophobic is 14 or 15... don't quote me though
What does it matter if he is? Or did I miss something?
Yah, he was just making fun of Sacrifice on that stupid hair-trigger "Rap Influence" thread. It's hilarious. Go in there and say "******" you will get flamed so fuc.kin hard.

sacrifice93.2 05-03-2004 01:26 PM

I'm almost finished with having a ten song set list since I've been writing new material. I just need a song that would close a show well.
Here's the set list.
Scream of the Martyrs (Instrumental)
Don't Belong Here
Twist of Fate <-brand new
Reap What is Sown
Hollyfake
Alleviate
Insomnia
Any Place But Here <-Cover song, might be replaced with Caught in a Mosh!
Dealing in Death.

I just need to write a closer, then find a new bassist, lead guitarist, and drummer, and Axehead shall be reborn! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I think I'll probobly find new musicians next year at college.

Corporal Compendia 05-03-2004 08:09 PM

Ontario Folk... I know there's a few of you here.

Toronto Thrash GODS! Sacrifice are planning on having a reunion of sorts. If this happens, you WILL go see them. If it's 19+ and you're too young, you'll get a fake ID. If you live far away, you'll find a way to get there... and there should be a clan rule here, that if any of the Ontario people miss it, they should be banned from this clan and thrash in general FOREVER! Thank you and Good night.

manuscriptreplica 05-03-2004 08:19 PM

Coroner should reunite for one show only.

Adelaide :D

ThrashMaster27 05-03-2004 11:42 PM

You mispelt that there sonny.

*Melbourne :p
