after i finish shaving a need to make some progress on sonic 3 and knuckles. only have a few stages left to beat it with sonic. hyper sonic is so badass cause he do that double jump that shoot across the scene and the extra space level at the end.

hyper sonic can make some part of levels that require precise jumps difficult too cause he's 3x faster than normal sonic

yeah dude it's fucking awesome. i'm replaying my file with all super emeralds and just tearing through it as hyper sonic. i just found out the last time i beat it that the final boss in space level that you can hit jump to shoot forward lol, i had been beating it without doing that and thought it was frustrating how slow hyper sonic was lol

i guess it's just cause i fuckin love sonic and have been playing. s3&k obsessively, it has a lot of secrets and different ways to beat it. sonic and knuckles have different ways of going through the levels. knuckles can break through walls that sonic cant and can climb up wall to reach places sonic can't. sonic is faster and jumps higher though. tails can fly for short periods of time. then you can get chaos emeralds to turn into basically a super saiyan version of sonic or knuckles that is twice as fast and invincible, but you would lose one ring per second (takes 50 rings to transform) and when you rung out of rings you revert back. each character has a different ending. if you get all the chaos emeralds then turn them into super emeralds you get hyper sonic who is 3x as fast and can do a crazy double jump and theres a secret level for super and hyper sonic only. so basically there's 9 ways to beat it and it's fucking awesome. is that a good enough answer tyler?

I cant get through the last dungeon in a link to the past and ive gone and done everything in such a weird way that i cant find a walkthrough to fix my shit

what do you guys think was the best sonic game ever and why?

i think sonic 2 because the levels are designed so well, the control is tight and responsive, the hit detection works perfectly, it's fast paced, the mini game to get the emeralds is fun, super sonic transformation, and fun bosses. it's the ultimate platforming game in my opinion.

edit: Ive beaten Sonic 1, 2, Adventure, Adventure 2, all the Advance games, and Heroes and its really hard for me to take my nostalgia goggles off to not say Adventure
