Same here but thats because my tastes change a lot. I get into a new genre pretty much every year so it's like when I pick up a new one I have to start from square one with the stuff that other people here have been listening to for years.

I only got into any form of metal and hardcore genres like a year ago, save for a few select bands, so I still have a lot of work to do. I'd say I didn't get my first Converge album until like 7 or 8 months ago.

So I'm listening to Architects " They'll Be Hanging Us Tonite" and I get to the part at around 2:00 and I'm all like where have I heard this before? And then I remembered its basically and extended version of "Break You" by Lamb of God from :25-:35 and I'm all like :(.

This is big news for me though because I pretty much never notice things like this in songs.

I'm gonna check that out when I get home, I love that song so much.
