yeah, but a lot of hip-hop acts suck live.
You suck live. |
I'm thrice as retarded.
I was chewing on it, it somehow forced itself upward, and before i could notice, my mouth closed and it jabbed open my flesh. Feel free to send me donations to help me cope with this grievance. |

cutting your mouth with a guitar pick is only cool if you were holding it there while you did some sweet two-hand tapping. you are just clumsy  |

Well, I forgot to mention that I was chewing on it while doing sweep appregios purely of pinch harmonics tritones in the key of Cb on a flaming guitar with my eyes closed... :o |
Another clever editing good job
Oh k |
I prefer music to ex-girlfriends.
Yep. Sofia Coppola seems to have a knack for selecting great music for her films.
Indeed. My English teacher reccomended I see a film called Hidden, which was directed by the same guy as The Piano Teacher. Anyone seen it? |
No, but I once saw a trailer to Jackass The Movie 2.

Back from The Da Vinci Code. It was good, but that's beside the point; Audrey Tatou is my future wife.

I was smoked out in a Mercedes yesterday, and talked to a man named Nealyworms about a huge techno festival in Detroit for around 30 minutes. It was pretty entertaining.
|
Some creepy thirty year old guy kept trying to hang out with me and friends at the Neighborhood Festival on saturday. He was trying to get some weed, which we didn't have, but he stuck around anyway. We lost him for a couple hours, he got drunk and then found us again. He rubbed my female friend's arms, kissed her hand, mooned some girls, and stumbled out. It was tight.

A friend of mine did that with his new band, whaddya think? lol. |
Is it just me, or is there a new review for OK Computer posted every week?
|
My friend could use his connections to get us backstage to meet Radiohead.
Rad. |
That is most def rad.
|
Matisyahu rocked last night. I was pretty intoxicated for the duration, but it was still an excellent show. I stuck around at the end of the gig and had a little chat with the bassist, he gave me the setlist written on a paper plate, and gave my friend a drumstick. The set reads as as follows:
Lord Time Chop Mist Jerusalem Close Man Is Man Warrior - Beatbox - Warrior Aish Altar Youth Exaltation King They also played Indestructable on the encore. Neways, great show, I'd definately see him again. Roll on dinosaur Jr tonight :D |
yeah, but a lot of hip-hop acts suck live.
Yeah, Wu Tang weren't very good when I saw them. http://www.pukkelpop.be/ ^ Some neat bands coming to this festival, maybe I'll go. Radiohead and DJ shadow sounds good to me, for example. |
For a festival with such a hysterical name as "pukkelpop", that is a really bad ass line up.
|
I could get you backstage to meet, uh, AM Radio.
|
Ugh, Radiohead.
|
Ugh, people who say "ugh, Radiohead."

Hah, yeah, it's a quality festival. Almost always great line ups, usually pretty varied. |
Yeah, TMV played pukkelpop in '03 I believe.
I'd be interested in going to it. |
Possibly, yeah. They were supposed to be at Werchter (another big Belgian festival) in 2005 it was, I think. Maybe 2004. But they cancelled.

I saw Pukkelpop footage that's how I know they played there. |
You Say Party! We Say Die!
Wow, I always remeber seeing them opening for other local bands and talking with my friends about how awesome their name was. Now they're like... big... and playing festivals in Europe. Cool. |
You Say Party! We Say Die!
I remember them. A fat dude with glasses (he is indie as ****) told me about them and I thought they were all right. Reminded me of Pretty Girls Make Graves, who I've seen once with said fat dude. |
Yay, Dinosaur Jr rocked last night. Like usual, the gig was saturated with technical difficulties, but they played such a great set that it didn't matter.
