This was a big hit in Belgium, it's a typical Funeral Dress song, really catchy, singing about Beer and Women (another song on this album is actually called 'Beer and Women', this is just happy music, which we all need sometimes)

superpeer 02-18-2005 11:54 AM
I didn't care much for his voice either, but the song was alright. I suppose it's not really my kind of thing either :-/

Older? He's only 17.

EDIT: scratch that, he's almost 19 now. Evidently I think of him as a permanent 17.

To be honest, it made me wonder what had happened to Angeldeath, but I didn't ask. I was glad to see him around.
Well yeah, but he has been into Death metal a lot longer than me.

Arucard 02-18-2005 11:55 AM

Right, the thread is up.
Hope it helps some people out, just doesnt like, go down the page aimlessly.

Bartender 02-18-2005 11:58 AM

I'll go check it out now.
Well yeah, but he has been into Death metal a lot longer than me.
Oh okay. I suppose, then. That didn't really strike me though, because I couldn't really bring myself to care. I listen to music other than death/black metal anyway, and if I stop liking it..fair enough. Can't see it happening any time soon, though.

I see what you mean though.

superpeer 02-18-2005 12:08 PM

Here's a short track from the newest Bad Religion album, this song got me hooked.

DonMancini 02-18-2005 12:12 PM

I just got Loveless, The Bends and OK computer.

I already heard them, but goddam The Bends is blowing me away.

superpeer 02-18-2005 12:13 PM

Meh, I don't get the worshipping of OK Computer, it's pretty good, but far from amazing.

jpj 02-18-2005 12:14 PM

I don't really like OK Computer. The Bends is so much better.

DonMancini 02-18-2005 12:14 PM

It's all a matter of opinion I guess :p But I prefer The Bends, personnally.

superpeer 02-18-2005 12:18 PM

Grr, my girlfriend is going to the cinema with four people, a friend of a friend of her had 5 tickets. And of course I'm the one that can't come along. I'm always rejected ! I hate when this happens. :(

Don't sign it though. At least, not with your name.

I'm also kind of unsure about OK Computer, but it's still a good album. Nice choice with Loveless, too. Any record that bankrupted the label funding it's recording can only be good.

Arucard 02-18-2005 12:20 PM

Man, Super, i just whacked on Vinyl of 'The Empire Strikes First,' that album is honestly perfect.

Arucard 02-18-2005 12:27 PM

Lol, girls are invincible. They always manage to make you feel bad, when you blatantly shouldnt.

DonMancini 02-18-2005 12:28 PM

Haha, I know exactly how you feel Jelle, happens to me too sometimes :upset: Girls really are invincible have-to-win control freaks.

You should also never leave girlfriends on a low note, cause then they will blow things out of proportion because they will have time to think about it when not talking to you, and it will tend to turn things badly :upset: I always try to leave her on a good note.

The long crash, just before? Distorted everyone's avatars?

Well it seems to change occasionally. Sometimes I can see mine alright, sometimes it's distorted, sometimes it's just not there, etc.
Well it seems to change occasionally. Sometimes I can see mine alright, sometimes it's distorted, sometimes it's just not there, etc.
Haha, so why not reupload it? (If you no longer have it, next time someone can see it, save it and then upload it)

Bartender 02-18-2005 12:49 PM

I don't have it on my computer, it was in a link that I got given and which is now buried somewhere in the death heads thread.

If someone saves it, it always seems to come out with a white background.

superpeer 02-18-2005 12:49 PM

Bartender : the link I gave you should work. It works for me.

<---- See.

superpeer 02-18-2005 12:49 PM

Teehee, I like this.

Bartender 02-18-2005 12:50 PM

EDIT: Keep it, then. We can confuse people. I confuse myself whenever I post next to Legions.

Hmm. Wonder why it never worked before then :(

Thanks.

Apparently I do, I just listened to my first Cryptopsy song last night after Eleventeen recommended them, and I really liked it. I haven't heard any other brutal death though.

Burdcheese 02-18-2005 12:56 PM

Confusing?
