you make money every 30 minutes depending on how many people you have, you send your recruitment link at the bottom of the page you people you know to get more people. once you get enough attack turns (you get them every 30 minutes too) you can attack people and take their money (attack people that have a lower rank than you, and that have a camp as their fortification) and once you get enough money upgrade your unit production, and you will automatically get 5 people every 24 hours, thus making more money. Once you get all that done you will be off to a good start and should be able to handle it from there.

yea I don't know why the security is so gay, I think some people take it too seriously (although you do win some killer prizes if you're really good), about the proxy thing I'm not sure, but I would try it. it should take like a day for me to appear as your commander

I'm seriously having doubts if I can make it. I counted 7 times that I could have fallen asleep if I didn't force myself awake, while rocking in my rocking chair. However, rocking chairs are very soothing, so that's probably contributing.
