I used to be worried because I've always wanted to go to a bunch of countries/cities in Western Europe (France, Spain, and the Netherlands specifically) and I thought how is this gonna work, I can't learn other languages if my life depended on it, but so many people speak English over there you don't really need to learn it if you're going over there and only speak English or whatever.

Dunno if that's the same in Thailand though.
