Naps sucks. I don't know how to nap without waking up depressed and misanthropik.

It's not that bad for me as with you, Austin, but I feel pretty shitty too when I nap.
On top of that, napping makes me long for more sleep.
So usually I end up sleeping ay longer then I intended, thus ****ing up my sleeping pattern, thus becoming an unhappy camper.
