Man, I was swimming for around 4 hours today, with only a barbecued lunch in between. I feel really fit, something I haven't felt in a long time. Plus the lake is this really deep volcanic crater, so it's kinda cool to think that the bottom is over 15m below you.

I havent been swimming ion a few weeks, but last time we were at the beach for a few hours, and fighting against the waves is deceptively tiring. i felt absolutely ruined when i got home. Some serious sunburn didnt help either

I'm pretty sure it was Vassfjellet. It was really cool because you could go in the middle of the course through the woods.
