Der Faceless!
I like that one song that sounds like The Black Dahlia Murder and then they force a transition to a really wanky technical part, its so sick.

RetiredAt21 03-21-2009 06:26 PM

O M G

I forgot about Cock And Ball Torture.

I PROBED HER ANUS WITH MY COCK

RetiredAt21 03-21-2009 06:35 PM

It makes me wanna **** a chick in the ***.

hismajestythepope 03-21-2009 07:09 PM

Steve: if you haven't yet, check out The End Of Six Thousand Years, mdm with a lot of black metal and post-hardcore influence (mostly the atmospheric emo-esque guitar parts aspect, non of the lame 14 year old scene kid vocals).

Angmar 03-21-2009 07:10 PM

Are they one your blog?

RetiredAt21 03-21-2009 07:11 PM

I was pleasantly surprised by The End Of Six Thousand Years. Band is pretty good.

hismajestythepope 03-21-2009 07:12 PM

Nah, but here's their album:
http://www.mediafire.com/?5ngkjwxzwxw

Deathcore with oldschool vocals AND without dance breakdowns. It's a beautiful thing.

And their split with Embrace The End is ****ing spectacular.
Hahaha, I laughed hard at that one.

from one useless major to another

Too bad they don't have a Graves of Valor major, that would ROCK

publicastration 03-24-2009 12:10 AM

so Obscura isn't too bad

I mean the band by the way

hismajestythepope 03-24-2009 12:15 AM

They're pretty decent for new MDM, they'll be fun to catch at the Sterling in May.

And new GB and new GOV back to back = ****ing exciting.
from one useless major to another
Except law schools look for Philosophy majors...

publicastration 03-24-2009 12:16 AM

Their new album is what I'm talking about. They do the mdm thing pretty decently though.

hismajestythepope 03-24-2009 12:17 AM

Indeed. They're more of a band I'll listen to when I want to hear something good I haven't listened to in a while (because it wasn't that engaging).

More of a thing to check out because I know I'll enjoy it, regardless of whether I'll really want to listen to it a lot, you know?

publicastration 03-24-2009 12:19 AM

I'm a sucker for necrophagist neoclassical sweepz
