Wipers, some great basslines that DO follow the guitar but with lots of fills.
Morphine, even if you dont got a 2-string slide you can still play the songs on a normal bass.

I used to do that for Starcraft. Me and my friends had a clan and we'd go online and get the **** kicked out of us by koreans all the time, unless by some off chance they didn't defend against a Zergling rush. Good times.

bought Replacements - Tim used for $7 at the mall today

listened to like three songs and it was pretty cool but not really that great

I haven't been crazy about their stuff outside of [I]Let it Be[/I], but in all fairness, I haven't tried very hard to get into it. I have a few other albums and don't know where to start.

you have to listen to all the songs on Tim, dips[size=2]it[/size]. otherwise you won't know which ones are good and which aren't. but generally, The Replacements put all the good songs at the beginning and end of the album, and the filler's in the middle (except Bastards of Young which rules).

Tracks 3-5 on Tim are the only ones that aren't very good.

wrong: Waitress in the Sky is okay but Swingin' Party is stupid. so 3-4-6 are dumb
