Lord Abortion 08-29-2006 06:41 PM

What the hell have you been smoking?

132WalrusesInMexico 08-29-2006 06:48 PM

Man, I wish I didn't live in the U.S. I really want the new album.

Surtr 08-29-2006 08:21 PM

For sure.

I love every track, I love the guitars, I love the drums, I love the bass, I love Bruce's voice and I just love it all. The lyrics too. It's..It's so insane. It's without a doubt my favorite Maiden album. Better than Piece Of Mind..

Txus 08-29-2006 08:31 PM

I'm listening to this album for the 5th time already and it's so damn good, I think it's becoming my favorite Maiden album. The best songs for me are The Legacy, Brighter than A Thousand Suns , For the Greater Good of God and The Pilgrim.

pep 08-29-2006 08:59 PM

Dammit, i hate you guys. I have to wait till September 5th, or maybe more, cuz things sometimes take too long to come to Mexico:upset:

Surtr 08-29-2006 09:00 PM

I just found out that the bloody album doesn't come out here (Canada) until September 5th. WTF happened to the whole 29th deal?? Goddamn fuckin' bastards!

At least I downloaded it..

-The Frank 08-30-2006 05:22 AM

You think amazon will ship it to me before the N.American release date? Considering its already released in europe.

pate 08-30-2006 08:25 AM

...if you live in North America, you'll get it on the North American release date.

Surtr 08-30-2006 08:47 AM

Goddamn USA dragging us down with them! Argh!

Go figure Canada would never get to have Maiden BEFORE the US.

Irons_rock 08-30-2006 11:58 AM

I'm seeing them at the first night in Earls Court. Should be amazing especially with the the greatness of the new songs being played :)

What about Rainmaker?

Quiksilver26 08-30-2006 02:58 PM

Add rainmaker to that list, and you're set :thumb:

JamJar 08-30-2006 02:58 PM

I never really understood why so many people liked Rainkmaker, it's one of my least favourites on the album.
Anyone else seeing Maiden at the Palace Of Auburn Hills?
Yep. Me and a friend are making a road trip out of it. I'm taking a half day off work that day so we're heading over there...we'll probably get over there around 3-4 and start hanging around and partying.

Do you know the floor seating arrangements? Our tickets have a floor section, row and seat number but it also says General Admission Floor. General admission would make more sense, but I dunno.

pate 08-30-2006 03:03 PM
What about Rainmaker?
I so forgot that in my 3 and a half second rundown of the tracks to list.

Surtr 08-30-2006 03:04 PM

Me and my best friend for the Montreal show were planning to get ALL the Maiden albums and listen to 'em from start to finish in order on the way there :) It would have been plenty sweet, but we missed out on tickets :(

We've decided that there's no way we're not going to The Early Days Pt. II tour though.

Those are really the only good 3 you can make using names from the new album.

^^Proof :p

Quiksilver26 08-30-2006 03:34 PM
