Heh. I'm pretty sure I don't have any homework tonight. Of course, I'm too lazy to check.

Shred Danson 03-13-2006 08:12 PM

Life's alright. Can't complain too bad..
I have so much to pack in before Easter :(
Two Drama exams, a live show with my band, English coursework, and over the holidays I'll have Drama coursework to do.

NP-Children of Bodom-Triple corpse hammerblow.
Good song. The solo on that song reminds me a lot of the solo to "Over The Mountain", heh...

*insert stereotype joke here.

Oh, the coveted huge avatar...the holy grail of MX peasantdom.

TojesDolan 03-13-2006 10:51 PM

Once again, the system will fail because people who are jealous and recquire internet attention will bitch about not having a large avatar and no one will have them, ever again. And rep will come back. And then stars. And then something else.

That's the way of life.

People like Iscariot have already gotten a headstart.

Albums successfully listened to in my quest to listen to my entire album collection in alphabetical order:

1.) ...And Justice for All - Metallica
2.) ...Somewhere More Familar - Sister Hazel
3.) ( ) - Sigur Ros
4.) 12 Stones - 12 Stones (:P)
5.) 1984 - Van Halen

ATM 03-13-2006 11:07 PM

That's a good idea, Cain. Maybe I will do that as well.

gmoneyguy 03-13-2006 11:48 PM

Illmatic thats an awesome avatar. It made me laugh. I got recitals tomorrow so Im going to be up late tonight practicing.

Cain 03-13-2006 11:53 PM

It's cool because it's like its own shuffle, and if you have a large collection it makes you listen to stuff you don't ordinarily listen to.

Steerpike 03-14-2006 12:10 AM

The only catch is having the werewithal (sp?) to make it through after you get to the M's.

Jev 03-14-2006 01:57 AM

I have a guitar lesson today. I was meant to learn all the modes to G major but I seriously forgot... Should be fun.

Josh 03-14-2006 08:14 AM

ah, what a boring Tuesday.
my bus never turned up because of the snow last night :) my 2 sisters had to get on their bus though
but i'm at home, bored, and i have to go out and take the dogs for a walk in the freezing cold rain :(.

Thor 03-14-2006 08:20 AM

I should be doing work in my Enlighs class right now, but MX is much more fun.

How's everyone doing on Tuesday, the worst day of the week?

kurrpt 03-14-2006 08:23 AM

im pretty good.

I still have this arse clown bugging me about joining his "band". I figured id either blow him off till he gets the picture, or get pissed off enough to tell what i really think of his little project

Thor 03-14-2006 08:25 AM

Why don't you just be straightforward with him? I've turned down a few bands in my time and none of them seem to take it that seriously.

i figured he would take the hint ya know

Thor 03-14-2006 08:29 AM
i figured he would take the hint ya know
Well I guess you just better be up front with him. If you tell him now then you'll have that little burden off of your shoulder.

God, I really don't care about the human rights violations in Myanmar, yet I still have to research it. **** english class.

kurrpt 03-14-2006 08:33 AM

yea urrite. If he says anything to me today about it, ill just be like

"yea dude, honestly, its not for me"

hopefully i wont need to explain myself

Thor 03-14-2006 08:35 AM

If he asks you why you don't want to join, tell him that you hate his guts and put a tomahawk in his foot. That will get the message across nicely.

actually, if he asks, ill probably wind up being so blunt with him that he'll detest me forever...

which would ultimately solve my problem. Can you believe this kid's mom backed into my car. I didnt even report it or ask for money. The dude hadnt contacted me for like 4 months, and then BLOW, out of the blue....

Thor 03-14-2006 08:39 AM

Wow, sounds like it sucks to be you right now. :)

kurrpt 03-14-2006 08:41 AM

well, that was about 4-5 months ago, and i have a different ride now. I find it hilarious at the time. I figured she fukked up her newer 2002 car, which she was about to trade in. Its just amazing how unpreciative people can be. Im really not surprised, more disgusted

Thor 03-14-2006 08:42 AM

Just out of curiosity, why didn't you report them or ask them for money? I know I would have.

kurrpt 03-14-2006 08:44 AM

very good question...

I can only guess as to what my true motives were. Im sure it had something to do with the fact it was the first time i had met these dudes, and something about me not wanting to start off on a bad foot.

Looking back, and knowing what i know now, I'm sure it would have played out a little differently ya know.

I actually thought about going to another "band" practice, and just wanking leads like a mother fukker, with my triple recto cranked up WAY too loud. I decided that would be way to fun to actually put into action

Thor 03-14-2006 08:45 AM

haha, sounds like fun.

Well I have to go to another class, which means I won't be on MX until later this afternoon. It's been nice talking to you.

kurrpt 03-14-2006 08:46 AM

yea definitely. Ill be here for about another 7 hours, lurking

ATM 03-14-2006 09:07 AM

Do you post at work, Che?

kurrpt 03-14-2006 09:17 AM

yea, i dont have access at home. Probably a good thing tho. All i do is practice when im there

ATM 03-14-2006 09:18 AM

That's awesome, man. Where is your job? I work at a music store and we do have a computer in the warehouse, but my boss would get mad if I was surfing the net on it.

i work at an insurance company for a state program that deals with prescription drugs for low income elderly people...

which equates to me getting paid to get bitched at for a living. Sucks arse for the most part. Im "supposed" to be on the internet or aim, but my feeling is, if its here im going to use it.

Its literally the only thing keeping me sane at this bitch
