You feel yourself getting light headed. People aren't doing it to be unconscious, they're doing it for what leads up to it.

Something happens with chemicals in your body right before you pass out. You're not supposed to let yourself pass out, you stop right as you're about to. Then you end up with a 3 day high.

Oh, yeah, I've only seen them once but I did. It wasn't bad, Sacto doesn't have a lot of dicks in the hardcore scene. Not even the Suicide guys hit people. The only person who hit me was Mike, and that was during By My Will's set.
