guys i need some help

so the past 2 nights ive found myself falling asleep in the 4th quarter of football games. the game ends, i awaken, see who won, and then try and go to sleep in hopes of a full night of sleep for once. i go to sleep in my bed, and then im dreaming like normal. and everythings cool until something happens and i become aware that im dreaming, and its the whole lucid dreaming scenario, which seems to shock me alot when im in the dream and im like oh **** im dreaming. so that situation goes on for a minute or 2, and then i wake up, only to realize that its only been 20 or 30 minutes since i went to sleep.

like wtf i thought you had to be in deep sleep to start dreaming? and i think ive done the lucid dream thing like twice my whole life and now its happened 2 nights in a row. and they are pretty startling. like this just happened. i guess my real question is am i going insane and/or is my brain hemorrhaging?

speaking of lucid dreaming ive always been able to control what i do in a dream for as far back as i can remember
