Have you tried that new stuff that stains the plaque(sp) Purple so you can see it all coming out your mouth?
First on the list is "...And Justic For All." \m/

How's everyone doing today?

Have you heard the 'Justice Medley'? It's awesome.

I'm fine thanks, Although School could have been better. My trousers got all muddy and wet because of the snow, and I managed to get glue in my hair in Art.
How did you like Greece by the way? :)
I really enjoy holidays there. Because my birthday is in the summer, I think I've had my 12, 13, 14, 15 birthdays in Greece. Maybe a few others aswell. I'm most likely going there this year aswell :)

I haven't. Is it just them playing a bunch of their songs together off that album?

How on earth did you manage to get glue in your hair during art?

Basically.

Stoic 03-13-2006 11:19 AM
Okay, it's easy.

You have a set of dominoes, ranging from 0|0 to 6|6 (numbers are denoted by the number of dots, or lack thereof). The dots are called pips.

The object of the game is to attain a certain number of points. On Hoyle (stfu, I love playing card and board games on Hoyle), it can be 100, 200, or 300.

The number of points is the collective total of your opponent's (or opponents') pips after you've run out of dominoes.

The game starts with all the dominoes face down. The first one to draw a double goes first (if two or more players draw a double, i.e. 5|5, 3|3, and 4|4, the 5|5 wins, so he'd go first).

Next, each player draws seven tiles. The rest of the dominoes are set aside (still facedown, by the way) in what's called the boneyard.

It is very important that you say "Boneyard" in a creepy voice.

"Booooooneyarrrrrrd."

Ahem.

Anyways, the player who goes first begins by playing a domino, and play continues in a counter-clockwise (or clockwise, whichever you agree on). Say you start out with the 4|4. Your opponent will have to play a domino that has four pips on one side (say a 2|4). Then, play goes back to you (you can play another 4-pip domino, or a 2-pip domino).

If you cannot play, then you must go to the booooooneyarrrrrrrrrd.

When you play a double, you have to make it perpendicular to the domino you're facing (it's merely an aesthetic rule, to be honest).

Basically, play continues until one of you runs out of dominoes. Say your opponent has a 0|2, 3|4, and 1|5 left. 2+7+6 = 15, so you get 15 points.

In the case of a deadlock or jammed game (where you and your opponent still have tiles but cannot make a move and the boneyard is empty), the person with the least number of pips is the winner.

Play until 100, 200, or 300.

:)

EDIT: it's also pretty fun playing with more than one person.
ah, jommie you rule and before I came on I was wondering where I could find Domino instructions! It does make sense and I think I'll try it in the near future. I'm not sure what Hoyle is though...
Well, I've just decided that I'm going to be listening to all of my albums in alphabetical order as long as it takes to get through all my music, so that I can listen to things I don't ordinarily listen to to get new favorites in my collection.

First on the list is "...And Justice For All." \m/

How's everyone doing today?

NP: Metallica - Blackened
Hell of a task. I'm doing that with my mp3 list. Going through the alphabet one song at a time.

Anyway, nothing to report as of late. You?

Nostalgia 03-13-2006 11:21 AM

So, I've succesfully went to school on no sleep, I think that's a pretty damn good acomplishment.

Mr. Black 03-13-2006 11:22 AM

Did you sleep there?

Nostalgia 03-13-2006 11:24 AM

I'm at school now, It's 9:19am and I'm felling pretty strong, I keep getting these chills though. I'm hoping that they soon go away.

Mr. Black 03-13-2006 11:26 AM

Man, It's half 5 here.

what kind of chills?
and where are you from btw?

Nostalgia 03-13-2006 11:28 AM

I know I'm waiting for those, I wonder what they'll be, I do this a lot but I've really never gone to school without sleep. I cannot get warm though, I don't know why but I just can't
what kind of chills?
Like, I'll be reading something and I'll feel my body kind of twitch, then I'll have to rub my sweatshuirt against my arm to get warm again.

I'm from Seattle, Washington.
Hell of a task. I'm doing that with my mp3 list. Going through the alphabet one song at a time.
I tried that once. Failed miserably.

At the moment I'm looking through the star ratings things on WMP, and listening to Wildhearts songs that the stars are telling me are underlistened to.

Nostalgia 03-13-2006 11:33 AM

Has anyone ever read the book or heard of "Running with Scissors" (I'm so tired at the moment I don't know if that's the correct spells of scissors) it's really, really weird book. Very descriptive, almost too descriptive.

I've heard the album by Weird Al Yankovich, If that makes sense.
Hell of a task. I'm doing that with my mp3 list. Going through the alphabet one song at a time.
Yikes, that sounds a little harder than doing it by album. At least then you're getting a complete package and some continuity.

Of course, I've never done this, so perhaps I will get a rude awakening later.

NP: Metallica - One

EDIT: Has anybody ever heard of the band Mortification? The drummer from Paramaecium drummed for them way back when, and they're Australian and they're reported to be the most extreme Christian group to ever exist. Apparently they're hardcore crazy enough to have a following outside of the whole religious music scene, and I've definitely heard their name before.

Mr. Black 03-13-2006 12:05 PM

Nah. I've not, But I came accross a nice little discovery on Saturday.

Deadfall.

You'll have to tack on about 2 more days of sleep deprivation before you hallucinate.

CHRISTIANZ R GHEY!!1

There's a lot of extreme Christian groups out there, do you mean they're the most hardcore Christian group as in like... they're hardcore Christians, or their music is insanely brutal as well as Christian?
