Ah, that Chris Ryan program. There was a weird Tool use on BBC 2 once, on some scrapheap challenge style program, where they had Ticks And Leeches on. Not very British really :D

Syncratic 09-10-2005 05:50 PM

I'm pretty sure they used the riff to "Parabola" during a highlight reel last football season for Troy Palumalau from the Steelers (\m/).

Prince of Darkness 09-10-2005 05:58 PM

I really wouldn't know. But yah. Where's DoG with that upload?

Syncratic 09-10-2005 06:53 PM

How long until it's over?

Darkness 09-10-2005 06:54 PM

I don't know, YSI doesn't tell you. It could be tomorrow for all I know.

Darkness 09-10-2005 07:24 PM

This is worth a double post I think... and I want some MAJOR REP for this.

hxxp://s6.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=245M7QYI7M7YB1F03LPA4K1Y0N OK Show Bootleg. 700 mbs. Whoever downloads owes me big time. :p

Kage 09-10-2005 07:26 PM

Props, DoG. If you'd have uploaded this a couple days ago, I'd owe you big time.

Darkness 09-10-2005 07:29 PM

Was that you asking for it? I ment to upload it then to, but I just forgot. Did you end up getting it from someone else?

Dr. Jake Destructo 09-10-2005 07:35 PM

Holy crap, I've been gone for two days, and I have no clue what's going on. :discombobulated:

Please tell me something great happened..:upset:

Killtacular 09-10-2005 07:43 PM

There was that one time when... well, there was nothing.

Kage 09-10-2005 07:45 PM
Was that you asking for it? I ment to upload it then to, but I just forgot. Did you end up getting it from someone else?
I eventually got it from slsk, actually.

@Jake: Something great did happen, but now he's back...:p

I noticed you were gone. Where have you been?

Dr. Jake Destructo 09-10-2005 07:55 PM

I more or less got a life. :(

I've been filming some stuff for a "extreme sports" movie that I guess me and my friends are making. I jumped seventeen feet on rollerblades. We also jumped my buddy's brand new mountain board, but it wasn't as cool as me rollerblading. :-D

Kage 09-10-2005 07:56 PM

Seventeen feet? That's insane, how'd you manage that? What is a mountain board?

ThePatient 09-10-2005 07:57 PM
I saw a Tool "Radio City" DVD in a store a while ago but I couldn't buy it because I didn't have any money. I just got paid so I'll cash my check and buy it.
I was looking around a torrent site a while ago and I saw some Radio City concert there, and the guy said it was horrible quality so I didn't download it.

The OK show on a big-screen tv with awesome sound system = sex

I usually watch it every other week.

Darkness 09-10-2005 07:58 PM

Yeah I've thought about burning it to a DVD...

ThePatient 09-10-2005 08:04 PM

I had to put it on a VCD at the time, but now that I have a DVD burner I'm going to download it again and do that. And I can take it with a clean conscience since I uploaded it last time. :p

Dr. Jake Destructo 09-10-2005 08:05 PM
Seventeen feet? That's insane, how'd you manage that? What is a mountain board?
We rigged up a ski rope to my friend's four wheeler, and he just floored it, I hung on, and then hit his little 2 foot high kicker going 20 miles per hour. The first time, we just set up a 4x8 peice of plywood as a landing,(I was jumping onto grass) and I totally cleared the wood, and faceplanted massive. We then propped the landing up onto a bench, so I wouldn't break my legs every time I landed. Then, we just kept moving the landing further and further back, until it reached 17 feet. I got scared after that, but my goal is to go for 20 next week.

DoG- If you burnt both parts of OK to a DVD, and sent it to me, I would totally rep you. And what's your real name, so I don't have to keep using this goofy DoG abbreviation?

Syncratic 09-10-2005 08:24 PM

Ah...23% of the OK show complete.

NP: Invalid Litter Dept.-At the Drive-In

Dude3 09-10-2005 08:41 PM

I did 11.5 feet on mmy bike, going off of a 1 ft high kicker. I thought that was some big air(sucks at BMX).

Kage 09-10-2005 08:42 PM

11.5 feet is a lot of air, especially for a 1ft high kicker. What Jake was doing is just insane, at least it sounds like that to me.

Syncratic 09-10-2005 08:46 PM

The download crapped out on me......

Oh, well...some other time..........

Dude3 09-10-2005 08:51 PM

Yeah, that is pretty insane. Kinda reminds me of this kid I used to know.....

His name was Ray, and he was an insane BMXer. He could pull a whole lot of crap. And he was pretty much just as good on all other "extreme sports". He could do the hugest ollies on a skateboard that I've ever seen, but he considered skateboarding a "***** sport". He was quite good on skates as well.

Now on his bike, he was just insane. He could go off that same 1ft high kicker, and clear my whole driveway(I'm guessing that's about 25 feet). He rode off of roofs. He could pull backflips, and almost pulled a superman off of some dirt ramp that was 6ft high, which we built on our neighborhodd sidewalk(funny, because it was there for weeks, and I live in one of those neighborhoods where you get reported for doing pretty much anything).

Oh yeah, he put spinning rims on his bike, along with a flamethrower.

I'll be sure to send you a copy. My names Mike.

And the other day, my cousin who lives about 5 hours south of me went off of a 25 foot jump with his bike... he sent me the video, it was pretty intense.
