I just imagine myself in the future, with out a s[size=2]h[/size]ity economy, receiving at least $70k a year. I mean, my dad made $80k a year (+ over time) and supported my family and my two half brothers until they were out of college.


So I mean, if I got in a good job I could make $80k a year, though with this economy if I find a job it'll be like $60k a year. I mean, think of how much money I will have. :thumb:


Though I find one is more inclined to study when they have something non-stressful awaiting them. Like a gf bitching at you that you don't spend enough time together and she is horny. Sadly I'm not in such a position right now, right now my motivation is I'm f[size=2]u[/size]cking done after this semester if I get a 3.0 GPA.

Woot for Thanksgiving break.

Thanksgiving break doesn't start until 12:30 p.m. Wednesday for me. :upset: Damn teacher in my 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. class is just like, we'll have half an hour of class. Even though we can't cover much, so we'll just review for the final.


P.S. - Some one told him the break started at noon, but I wasn't about to correct him (nor any of the rest of the class).

I have a week off but I'll be studying calc and history for most of it since my professors are douches and are giving tests the 2nd day we get back from the break :angry:

i hated it aswell but now i'm a TA and it's getting fun :-D if you can see a practical use for it (control systems, time-discrete and contineous statistic systems, signal theory, antennaes etc) it's much more motivating.

you'd only refer to yourself in terms of 'mixture' when youre talking race, like if your parents were different

you dont dub yourself half irish because 8 generations ago one person in your family was born in ireland

People who say they are ___-American are talking about ethnicity not nationality. The only people who are ethnically American are Native Americans, the rest of us are just Americans nationality wise. If I gave up my US citizenship and moved to Sweden to live for the rest of my life I'd be Swedish from a nationality standpoint but I'd never be ethnically Swedish.
