The graphic novel for Good Apollo is already out as far as I know, so are some of the comics for SSTB.

oathfbass 11-04-2005 03:01 PM

Thanks that really helps a lot

B 11-04-2005 03:07 PM

No problem. The story is really cool.

oathfbass 11-04-2005 03:16 PM

So in the suffering video are those like the acutall characters or does each character symbolise something like for example the centuar, the scorpions, and the mermaid?

B 11-04-2005 03:25 PM

I'm pretty sure it's got nothing to do with the story.

oathfbass 11-04-2005 03:30 PM

O ok cause it doenst seem to make sense with the lyrics

B 11-04-2005 03:36 PM

I know :p.

cobert 11-04-2005 04:09 PM

I still havent seen the suffering video, but my friend who has says its EXTREMELY corny (just like pretty much anything dealing with Coheed is).

B 11-04-2005 04:12 PM

It is kind of. I've seen it once and it's really really odd. I wish they had something to do with the story.

cobert 11-04-2005 04:16 PM

Meh, not having any story in it makes it appeal more to people that arent fans. Im actually glad the videos dont relate to the story, its a nice break from all of the confusion.

B 11-04-2005 04:17 PM

I think the video would be less confusing if it were about the story :p.

cobert 11-04-2005 04:20 PM

haha, by the explanation of what the video is, i guess it would be less confusing.

I still need to learn godsend conspirator on bass.

B 11-04-2005 04:21 PM

I tried to find it on the intraweb somewhere but I can't. Sorry.

cobert 11-04-2005 04:26 PM

Nah, its cool. Ill learn it up my friends house on powertabs.

My english teacher was playing 'Junesong Provision' on a CD player in his room today. Me and my friend gave him the CD to see if he'd like it.

B 11-04-2005 04:28 PM

I meant the video :p.

I like playing IKSOSE:3. On guitar though, not bass. It's fun. Easy as hell, but still fun.

cobert 11-04-2005 04:31 PM

oic.
When my band plays IKSOSE, i play the
D:---6-6----6-6
A:4------4----- Part on bass while the guitar does lead.

CobaltandCalcium updated their wallpapers. Some are pretty tight. I see a new avatar in the near future...

DepthsOfDreams555 11-07-2005 06:08 AM

My friend's friend made a sweet wallpaper and I have used that.

cobert 11-07-2005 08:20 PM

My wallpaper is clouds.

DepthsOfDreams555 11-07-2005 08:32 PM

I got a sweet Coheed sweatshirt but I can't find any pictures of it online so I can't show you what it looks like. Take me word for it, its sweet.
Where have you been in the last couple of days?
Oh, well it was pretty quiet without you.:p

cobert 11-07-2005 09:08 PM

I was surprised that when i left this thread didnt die. Props to depthsofdreams for keeping it intact.

Spectrum 11-07-2005 09:12 PM

Yeah, depthsofdreams maintained the thread well in your absence. Props to him indeed.

It was close to dying. In other news, I'm looking for Coheed and Cambria t-shirts to get for Christmas.

cobert 11-07-2005 09:17 PM

/has 2 coheed shirts

Pazz 11-07-2005 09:20 PM
/has 2 coheed shirts

I don't have any band t-shirts. Just 3 Atticus t-shirts. I want a Coheed & Cambria t-shirt or zip sweater, From First To Last t-shirt, Finch t-shirt and a Thursday t-shirt. Which Coheed t-shirt to ask for though..

cobert 11-07-2005 09:23 PM

Get the one that shows the whole band naked on the front.

Pazz 11-07-2005 09:24 PM
Get the one that shows the whole band naked on the front.
 :naughty: I'm thinking about the one with the dominoes.

cobert 11-07-2005 09:29 PM

Get me a picture of that, plz. The only shirt ive seen from the new album is the red and black one with the wierd dragonfly, not the normal one, on it, and it has the IV and all.

Pazz 11-07-2005 09:32 PM

http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=43989&

That one there, if the link works. When a website says Out of Print for a t-shirt, does it mean they don't make them anymore?

cobert 11-07-2005 09:35 PM

Hmm, ive never seen that shirt.

Yeah, im pretty sure thats what it means.

Pazz 11-07-2005 09:36 PM
Hmm, ive never seen that shirt.

Yeah, im pretty sure thats what it means.
Damn, no From First To Last t-shirt then. It's the coolest shirt ever. Well, Coheed will make everything all better. Anyways, I'm out for the night.

cobert 11-08-2005 03:41 PM

I just listened to Junesong provision for the first time in a while, and its really powerful, especially the parts where claudio screams around 'god knows youve lost'.

DepthsOfDreams555 11-08-2005 04:00 PM

Ya I listened to Junesong and Neverender last night in the car. I really enjoy those two songs they are some of my favorites off Second Stage although it doesn't get any better then Everything Evil and Delirium Trigger.

Gnarmageddon 11-08-2005 04:03 PM

The acoustic version of Junesong Provision is sweet. With the Army of Darkness bit in it.

cobert 11-08-2005 04:03 PM

I think either delirium trigger, Hearshot kid disaster, time consumer, or junesong provision are my favorites.

The synth track on I, Robot is awesome.

The_Red_Death 11-10-2005 09:06 PM

For me it's a 3 way tie between Time Consumer, Delirium Trigger and Everything Evil. Also, anyone know what kind of acoustic Claudio uses on the Starland DVD when he plays The Light And The Glass? (Also, I just learned the DVD version of that song. Crazy fun to play)

Society Sellout 11-10-2005 09:40 PM

The brand escapes my mind right now but I played on one when I was at guitar center last time and they are pretty nice acoustics. I love playing the intro to the light and glass and speeding it up really really fast just for kicks. I've gotten to where I can sing with it too now I just need to remember the lyrics :P.
