RR 5? I love the RR series, if I could afford it I would. My scrob hasnt updated either.
|
Make it all blue and add EMGs. Looks mad ugly with the white on it.
Giant checkerboards are ridiculously awesome.
I don't think I want EMGs. The guitar I have now has EMGs and I'm hoping the SDs will give me a better variation of tones between the two guitars. I hope my scrob updates soon, that way I can show off how much I love Opeth. |
Let me summarize Carlos Mencia's newest stand-up routine in three words:
Beaner Wetback Mexican Border DEH-DEH-DEH Yet I'm still watching it. I guess I like all kinds of comedy, even if it's repetitive. He has told one pretty good joke, though, so far. |

Nah, that's one word. It just looks like three, but just put it in context (stand-up routine) and who's quoting it (a pretty redundant comedian).
|
Okay, well it's still 5 words.
|
His voice is so annoying.
|
I think he's either annoying and repetitive or rarely hilarious. He did have a good stand-up a while back but after the Mind of Mencia show came on he got really annoying.
|
Mencia was funny on his 2002 special, then much like ACDC his act never changed.
I might have said this earlier, I dunno, but last night was insane. I had some friends over after our Snowball Dance (go figure that it was 70+ degrees out). Some Russian kid I don't know was threatening to piss in my pockets because they were big (?), my one friend who was the sober guy for the night climbed down a rock wall face first, successfully, and we smoked cigars on the swing sets behind my house. Now my back hurts :(. |
When does it start?
The Mencia routine, anyway. 9:00? |
I remember when cigar smoking use to be dangerous and edgy. Then I became of age. I hate analyzing music.

I love analyzing music. I learn tons of ways to manipulate my own. |

Not when You are force into sticking with a classical chord progression adn you have to analize with only a base line and your teacher loves to throw in inversions. |

That's the funniest thing I've heard today. I'm feeling rather self concious now because I had to brush my teeth with the smallest amount of toothpaste ever. They still feel dirty. |

Haha I can't hear (or see in this case) the word crumpet without thinking of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles... Raphael- "Cricket?? Nobody understands Cricket!! I never really watched TMNT.
Isn't every Greek person obsessed with Backgammon? Whenver I've been to Greece I've always seen so many people playing it at all the restaurants, or tavernas I should say.
Haha, this is EXACTLY the situation here. Backgammon (we call it "tavli") is our national game like "malakas" (=wanker) is out national swear :p Anyways, unlike most guys, I've never been a big fan of it but I'm starting getting into it. How did you like Greece by the way? :)
Finally, after two hours of photoshopping, I have an artificial picture of (roughly) what my new guitar is going to look like. The actual thing will have the transparent finish so it will be darker with the wood grain underneath, but you get the general idea with this picture. http://img127.imageshack.us/img127/324/newaxe7is.jpg What do you guys think?
It looks like a regular guitar to me but still a pretty shinny one. What was all the photoshopping about?
Chinese checkers and dominoes are other quality games.
Domino looks cool but I just dont get it :-\
Listerine is the sex though.
Oh yeah, it brings tears to my eyes :p I have an obsession with my teeth. I brush them 3 times a day for 3 minutes each time, use Listerine twice and always chew gum. |
Domino looks cool but I just dont get it :-\.
O_o it's pretty simple stoicy :p |
Okay, it's easy.
You have a set of dominoes, ranging from 0|0 to 6|6 (numbers are denoted by the number of dots, or lack thereof). The dots are called pips. The object of the game is to attain a certain number of points. On Hoyle (stfu, I love playing card and board games on Hoyle), it can be 100, 200, or 300. The number of points is the collective total of your opponent's (or opponents') pips after you've run out of dominoes. The game starts with all the dominoes face down. The first one to draw a double goes first (if two or more players draw a double, i.e. 5|5, 3|3, and 4|4, the 5|5 wins, so he'd go first). Next, each player draws seven tiles. The rest of the dominoes are set aside (still facedown, by the way) in what's called the boneyard. It is very important that you say "Boneyard" in a creepy voice. "Booooooneyarrrrrrd." Ahem. Anyways, the player who goes first begins by playing a domino, and play continues in a counter-clockwise (or clockwise, whichever you agree on). Say you start out with the 4|4. Your opponent will have to play a domino that has four pips on one side (say a 2|4). Then, play goes back to you (you can play another 4-pip domino, or a 2-pip domino). If you cannot play, then you must go to the booooooneyarrrrrrrrrd. When you play a double, you have to make it perpendicular to the domino you're facing (it's merely an aesthetic rule, to be honest). Basically, play continues until one of you runs out of dominoes. Say your opponent has a 0|2, 3|4, and 1|5 left. 2+7+6 = 15, so you get 15 points. In the case of a deadlock or jammed game (where you and your opponent still have tiles but cannot make a move and the boneyard is empty), the person with the least number of pips is the winner. Play until 100, 200, or 300. :) EDIT: it's also pretty fun playing with more than one person. |
i havent played dominoes in ages..
sup Jom  |
I haven't played Dominos is years, either.
|
sup Jom
What's up, brosef
I haven't played Dominoes in ages [sic]
One word solution, gentlemen: Hoyle. Seriously. If you can't find someone to play, put Harley the Bear, Marvin the Dinosaur, or the guy that talks to his hand puppet on Expert. NEVER PUT THE OLD LADY ON EXPERT OR YOU WILL LOSE EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN' TIME. I swear, every time I play Gin Rummy with that bitch, she knocks on her second or third turn. And in the rare event where I knock with only one or two pieces of dead wood, she skunks me. Bah humbug, I say! |
not too much really...
playing way too many hours of guitar. Its borderline obcessive right now. Seriously |

Well, I've just decided that I'm going to be listening to all of my albums in alphabetical order as long as it takes to get through all my music, so that I can listen to things I don't ordinarily listen to to get new favorites in my collection.
First on the list is "...And Justice For All." \m/ How's everyone doing today? NP: Metallica - Blackened |
