I have two covers of Fade To Black that are Techno covers, they both say they're by Orbital, and they're pretty good, one's an instrumental cover and the other's a complete remix of the song but uses the same lyrics.

There are some techno covers on [url]http://www.metallica.com[/url] . I think they are horrible.

Yeah, maybe I'm a bit biased because I don't mind some techno, especially when it's hell atmospheric (Both of the Fade To Black covers I have are :)).

Yea, apocalyptica seem to be the only band that do a great job covering metallica's songs.

I actually would just for the code and the few songs i like, but i herard a load of people didn't get the code in the UK copy of the album. And i have no money, seriously, none.

I think the vault don't work anymore, i think they got rid of it, but there are still some free downloads after you register.

I think if Eric Meyer could have been bothered to play the solo right and if the bass was slightly higher in the mix, I would agree with you. Its still a very worthy cover
