get solar panels!

jrowa001 12-12-2007 06:53 PM

this guy on facebook is trying to convince me that Between the Buried and Me are deathcore lol. im not really sure what genre to put them under though.

anyways, today sucked....been studying for my linear algebra final (just because it has algebra in the name it is pretty hard).

Riva 12-12-2007 06:54 PM

Hah, your inefficient renewable power sources do not tempt me!

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:03 PM

besides you should know better vince the power they supply is only good enough to run a computer say, if you have some good 6 ft. X 4 ft. solar panel area

duh

jrowa: lol linear algebra

what so funny lol. nah the math is easy as hell, it's just all the confusing vector spaces, subspaces, basis, column spaces, null spaces, kernels, and stuff that when written in a question it is hard tell what needs to be solved. it is an upper-division class by the way

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:07 PM

Yes, I know. Been there, done that.

The only thing I hate more than linear algebra is probably vectorial/multivariable calculus.

jrowa001 12-12-2007 07:13 PM

yeah im taking vector calc right now too but i already finished the final. im hoping i got a A in the class. depends how well i did on the final. multivariable calc was easy though because my teacher only covered the first 4 chapters. im a math major and ive heard most upper-div classes are pretty easy compared to vector calc

Eliminator 12-12-2007 07:15 PM

you know what else sucks?

honey ham.

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:15 PM

hmmm was that... differential/integral calculus for 3+ variables and vector calc?

or just vector calc from

no wait

you need some

yeh

eh, exaggeration.

it is kinda bad though

wind ftw

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:19 PM

yeah wind is better

ATM 12-12-2007 07:21 PM

Study study study...

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:23 PM

Thank god I don't have to take any more math classes. I haven't done that since high school and therefore hardly remember anything.

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:23 PM

2 + 2 =

Kage 12-12-2007 07:24 PM

Just finished my last final.

Technically I have one more tomorrow morning but all we're doing is screening people's final film projects and I'm done with mine. :)

I think all went very well.

ATM 12-12-2007 07:24 PM

What's your project about?

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:25 PM
2 + 2 =
5? Oh, wait, wait, it's 7.36.

superpeer 12-12-2007 07:27 PM

5 eh?

That's a good song.

/puts it on

Kage 12-12-2007 07:28 PM
What's your project about?
Goats, pigs, scissorfucking, cows, monkeys, and two sisters who stumble into a world where they must become one through a ritualistic sacrifice.

Eliminator 12-12-2007 07:29 PM

i think steinbeck wrote about that once

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:30 PM
5 eh?

What song is that?

superpeer 12-12-2007 07:33 PM

Radiohead - 2+2=5

ATM 12-12-2007 07:34 PM

Good tune.

Kyle: Sounds romantic.

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:34 PM

I see. Don't know that one. Must be from an album I don't have.

TojesDolan 12-12-2007 07:37 PM

Hail to the Thief?

:|

lol

Anyway I think it has something to do with some writer too
Radiohead - 2+2=5
Might be. I don't have that, Amnesiac or their latest.

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:48 PM

My, my. No need to yell, is there? I'm sure we can sort this out as adults.

superpeer 12-12-2007 07:49 PM
or their latest.
But it's free!

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:50 PM

Really? I was under the impression that it was available online, but that you had to pay for it. Is it any good? And where can I get it?

ATM 12-12-2007 07:53 PM

You chose how much you wanted to pay.

I think they took it down now, though.

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:55 PM

Ha, my usual luck.

superpeer 12-12-2007 07:57 PM

Yeah, probably because the CD is out or something. It's pretty good, yeah. But not something I'd spend a lot of money on.

ATM 12-12-2007 07:58 PM

It's got some nice tracks, but overall nothing too exciting.

It sucks having a band-related user name :-x

Tyr 12-12-2007 07:59 PM

Oh well, Radiohead have never been among my favourite bands, but still, free music is free music.

And that username is a classic.

ATM 12-12-2007 08:01 PM

It's better then KARMAPOL1CE, luckily I posted a naughty link on that one and got banned.

Tyr 12-12-2007 08:03 PM

It isn't often one sees one who's happy to have been permabanned.

Apocalyptic Raids 12-12-2007 08:03 PM

New Radiohead was pretty boring.
