I don't think it's impossible, but there's no way you can deny that 99% of people who review an album before it's released get it by downloading a leak.

The Human Abstract are useless. They have a bunch of cool parts that don't go together at all, paired with atrocious vocals and hilariously bad melodies.

It's still really average. I've got my review more or less finished, but I'm going to give this another listen tomorrow. I'm looking at a 3 I think.

The vocals are better but still forgettable. The "twists" they promised are few and far between since it's still mindless chugging + stolen In Flames leads. But yeah, I'm enjoying it for what it is.

I just wish their singing bassist could, you know, sing.

Yeah the singing is kinda..annoying. So far it's pretty decent. Not a classic, I'd give it a 3 too. Maybe a 2.5.

Got the new TTEOTD too. So far it's kinda boring me, and I hate the production/tone on it. Guitars are way too muddy for my tastes.

Anyhow, Nate Johnson's vocals suck, Josh Kullick seems hesitant to branch past blast, breakdown, and thrash beats.
