1984 was a mind f[U]u[/U]ck for me

I loved it...read it in 7th and 11th grades, and both times it was a stellar read, I should get around to checking out Animal Farm sometime...

Yeah it was a good read, but it got really confusing near the end.

1984 is a really trippy movie...very old, but check it out if you get the chance...kinda like The Wall, should be seen at least once...and congrats super (pun intended heh)

I would love to work at a CD shop, but none are hiring. :(

CD shp is a great job b/c you get to know the music scene from the side of what people are buying in general, whereas here you get what musicians buy...and it is great to know both if you plan on working music ever... :thumb:

Yeah me too. Espically in Civics, because they waste time, taking time away from note taking. The teacher gets mad when I don't take them..He dosnt comprehend the principle which i operate on. 'If I read it, I know it.' Applies to everything except math.

Havn't read 1984..I hear its boring as hell. Won't read it unless I'm forced.

Whats wrong with you is your just now seeing a movie that was out in 2002..and the ring sucked. Wasn't scary, it was just some horror movie bull****. Horror movies have really gone down hill, as inconceivable as it seems if you watch PumpkinHead II, Blood wings, which was out in 1994. Possiably the funniest horror movie ever made. Frankenfish was pretty funny too. Don't you love laughing at horror movies? :lol:

You would really think Los Angeles has a lot of open jobs...but it's the exact opposite XD

Suprisingly, I've seen some Now Hiring signs at Target, but the one that's hiring is about 15-20min. away, just like the Chuck E. Cheese's in the same area.

However, Tower's positions were like...complex and all technical when I read them, but I'd rather goto Borders and get paid well and see a lot of hot chicks XD

Then again, there's always the mall...Hot Topic was one of my options, but then I saw how the one that my mom suggested to apply for, and now that I think of it, it's like a mousehole and the people who work there (who would be my peers and I guess coworkers at the same time) aren't too friendly.

I used to be greeted and treated nicely, but now they just don't care and so, I don't want to work with a lot of dicks.

It's a good thing I signed up for JobHunter though. They are going to send me an email when employers in my area have open spots avaliable for me (for being 17, I'm hoping I can nail a job somewhere good)

I totally forgot about the movie theaters...XD
