York uni is mint. Plus you could hang out with me.

And join my pop-punk band.... Nah, just teasing. Although you're probably better than my current bassist, both at bass and vocals. Bless him, I have to tell him exactly what to do for everything (in a musical sense at least, although heaven knows he could use some advice in other areas too).

poprocks&coke 11-25-2005 03:56 AM

OK people, 6 hours and counting til I meet the Trio.

:D

Polyamarous 11-25-2005 04:29 AM

Polyamarous 11-25-2005 04:29 AM

Which means your seeing them at Bristol?
Whereyou coming from man?

Polyamarous 11-25-2005 04:32 AM

7 and a half actualy

poprocks&coke 11-25-2005 04:34 AM

I'm meeting them at 4.

Seeing the show at 6.

Polyamarous 11-25-2005 04:43 AM

=O how come your meeting them?

Kif 11-25-2005 07:14 AM

I'd assume for a signing like at Nottingham. I met them at 5:30, show started at 7:30.

I have the demos and acoustics from the Crimson deluxe pack if anyone wants me to upload them? They are pretty fun to listen to, especially the acoustics.

Could you?
I heard demo for dethbed and loved it

chumpradio 11-25-2005 10:21 AM

I saw them last night.
I was greatly disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it was a great show, but it could have been so much better. Clavicle was probably the only old song they played (pre-MICF), and they didn't play so many of my favourites.

I screamed for them to play Every Thug Needs A Lady, and I saw Matt was about to play a G chord, and was all , but it turned out to be I Was A Prayer.

Same as when i saw them

Angry Balled Fists! 11-25-2005 10:36 AM

lmao, they played Clavicle when i saw them, i wish they payed Every thug needs a lady, all on black, my little needle and some others.

But I lied my face off was immense.

Oz Rembrandt 11-25-2005 10:37 AM

I went mental for I Lied My Face Off.

Angry Balled Fists! 11-25-2005 10:38 AM

Haha, same.

As with This could be love, radio, Private Eye and Clavicle.

HitHardDrums55 11-25-2005 11:39 AM

that sucks, when i saw them they had a long enough to play majority of the crimson songs (exception of maybe 1 or 2) and a TON of old songs i know they played clavicle, nose over tail, 97, not so much from FHTI, but a lot of stuff from before it and a lot of stuff from after...i cant remember what all they played anymore, it was back in July

kif...can you send all those songs? that'd be quite awesome

billiejoe84 11-25-2005 11:41 AM
kif...can you send all those songs? that'd be quite awesome
Yeah, please do, sounds cool.

Kif 11-25-2005 11:44 AM

OK, I have some bad news. My computer is playing up today, and decided to spazz out for no reason, so I'm stuck on my old computer, which means I don't have the songs. Sorry guys, there's not much I can do until my computer is fixed.

billiejoe84 11-25-2005 11:46 AM

Bloody computers.

Mine has been acting stupid recently as well, for no reason also. It occasionally randomly resets itself, which is really annoying.

HitHardDrums55 11-25-2005 12:24 PM

run anti-virus programs...theres a thread somewhere in the pit that has a ton of programs you can download....i fixed my computer through one of them

Flex of the Yellow 11-25-2005 12:32 PM

the gig last night was awesome!!!

true some of the older stuff was skipped, which sucks but the atmosphere was just great. The last three songs made it all worth it (This Could Be love, Time to Waste, then Radio)

the best gig i've been to (although i haven't been to that many)

chumpradio 11-25-2005 12:35 PM

Radio was amazing when the whole crowd sang the chorus, without any of the band playing.
It was a pretty crazy crowd, I had to go to the back for a few songs because I was too hot. I returned during Dethbed though, and was nearly at the barrier, right in front of Matt.

Angry Balled Fists! 11-25-2005 12:36 PM

Yeah, my fave part was when in this could be love, and you know the bit where he goes "this could be love.... LOVE FOR FIRE" they got the while crowd to sing love for fire, it was amazing.
