Off course not, but that's the point, a man of honor would fight for his country, because it has protected, feeded, cared and given him a live, and although he may not agree with it, it's his duty, it's the price he pays for living in a democracy where the thruth is what the majority wants, and where the majority is represented by the government.

It's like if your brother calls you in the middle of the night telling you he had an accident and needs your help, and you simply say "well, you see, I really do not believe in going out at nights, it's a mistake, so I just won't help you".

I don't want to iniciate a debate over this, but IMO it is an honourable thing to fight for your country.
So if your brother said to you "I just killed someone and need help hiding the body casue your my bro" you would go along and help him? If it was in the defense of my country I would, in this case we are the aggresers. We struck first, and I dont "follow the leader" aimlesly. Its honourable to fight for YOUR beliefs and for the lives of those you love, not for the will and gain of someone else. go to the political forum.

No Nisakss, you type slow ;) And give me headaches spelling your name

Banana bread is the ****. Monkey bread (AKA cinnamon bread) is amazing, too.

Luke doesn't give me Rep points :upset:

Just kidding, I honestly do not want any.

fatbandit 11-03-2004 04:00 PM

So we could give you Rep just to spite you Gav? Or does that involve the docking of Gav points? Not that I have any. But I'd hate to be on negative Gav points...

neal_672 11-03-2004 04:39 PM

I'm still quite confused as to what the hell rep points are :upset: but what i'm even more confused about is my english literature homework...

bottlerocket 11-03-2004 04:39 PM

I don't care if I get RPs, but I won't be very excited either. I think it's just a dumb system. I don't think I'd be as highly opposed to it if the mods could give out RPs.

And I'll give you a GP because you said you had none. :thumb:

I've been too easy with my GPs lately...:p

risbo 11-03-2004 04:44 PM

But there's no one on to love me...:upset: And where did everyone go?

fatbandit 11-03-2004 04:45 PM

I wasn't because AOL wouldn't let me on for a while. I am very thankful of my GP thanks Gav!

Hey, GP reminds me of Final Fantasy games... Who loves 'em? I'm guessing Radiobass and Tryxx for starters due to avatars.

Wintermute 11-03-2004 04:46 PM

Also, me.

risbo 11-03-2004 04:47 PM

I'm all for RPG's. Fable was awesome. Short, but awesome.

Foxfire 11-03-2004 04:47 PM

Hey all.

Wintermute, you look less credible with those stars.

fatbandit, as I recall, Radiobass got his avatar from a friend, who got that picture of Cloud from Kingdom Hearts.

bottlerocket 11-03-2004 04:47 PM

^ I'm a devout fan of RPGs. FF1 for NES was incredible. I love Tryxx's icon because the Black Mage was my favorite character.

Nuke > all.

I liked his looks better as a mage than a wizard, though. I remember my party:
Knight, Black Mage, White Mage, Ninja. I was unstoppable...the Ninja had crappy defense but his attack with his bare hands when he was at a pretty decent level was incredible.

Are my GPs really coveted that much? :amaze:

What about Earthbound for SNES? Mr. Saturn was the man.

Everyone must play Earthbound.

EDIT: Sorry to Nisakss for my comment earlier about his spelling. I didn't know English was his second language, and I'm really sorry, man. Hope it didn't offend you.

Tryxx 11-03-2004 04:49 PM

^_^ Lit-3!

I'm getting FF1-2 when it's on GBA, and 3 for my SNES when I can afford it... $50+

Wintermute 11-03-2004 04:49 PM

Yeah, I don't like the stars either. I'd ask for people to rate me negatively, but it wold take ages. Last I checked I had 20,018 points.

fatbandit 11-03-2004 04:49 PM

Heh. Radiobass' Cloud avatar will have come from Kingdom Hearts yes, but he was stolen from FF7. I've never played FFI, because I could never be bothered to buy it for my good ol' PS1. Anybody read NuklearPower (again, I assume Tryxx, s that's where you can find the dancin' BM)?

Foxfire 11-03-2004 04:50 PM

Wintermute, how do you check points or wtfever?

FF8 = second favourite RPG ever, absolutely awesome. never played Earthbound, although i know Ness is from it as he was on Super Smash brothers Melee on the Gamecube :p

Final Fantasy 7 was the best Final Fantasy of the "new" ones. I haven't gotten around to playing Final Fantasy 6 (or Japanese 3, whatevar), even though I have the ROMs. :p

Ever play Bahamut Lagoon?

bottlerocket 11-03-2004 04:51 PM

Nuke was better than Lit 3, yes?

I think I killed Chaos with Nuke...I saved it for the last 4 blasts to kill him (because the bastard just Heal 4's himself to full health and I wanted to punch him in the face).

Now I want to play FF1...thanks guys

fatbandit 11-03-2004 04:53 PM

The 6v7 debate rages on. I prefer 7 to 6 marginally, though 5 is pretty good.

I never played Bahamit Lagoon. Anybody played Skies of Arcadia.

The name fatbandit actually comes from Kingdom Hearts too (its one of the Heartless guys). I love that game ^_^

I also bring you the news that I'm out for the night MX! So I'll talk later yo.

PaulSimonon 11-03-2004 04:55 PM

Wha?!

bottlerocket 11-03-2004 04:57 PM

Night fatbandit.

Click your own rep +/- button, under your avater.

For every 1000 points you have, you get a star.

There's a new announcement up about it.

risbo 11-03-2004 05:05 PM

Geuss I have alot of points.

PaulSimonon 11-03-2004 05:07 PM

Very nice.

risbo 11-03-2004 05:08 PM

What can I say? The people have spoken.

TomJoad 11-03-2004 05:08 PM

How is everyone tonight?

PaulSimonon 11-03-2004 05:08 PM
