Kif 07-12-2005 08:30 AM

Stop breathing my air!!!

God I love Fairly Odd Parents

New HORSE The Band song has leaked, I shall be getting that. Also the Iron Maiden 2CD Best Of has leaked, so I might get that for the sake of it and flog it for a few quid. And MegaUpload is being gay and won't let me download the new Jack's Mannequin song :(

And I'm sick :(

Drum Boy 07-12-2005 08:40 AM

Untitled, my friend saw a truck and it said EMO on the side, he took a pic and sent it to me saying "saw this and thought of you"!

Kif 07-12-2005 08:48 AM

Haha, I love people who use the phrase "emo" so casually

NP: Jack's Mannequin - Into The Airwaves

Everything In Transit is going to be the best album of the year, I know it

Drum Boy 07-12-2005 08:49 AM

Lol, why shouldnt it be used casually?

Untitled 07-12-2005 08:51 AM

Im supposed to be going to the park, but the phone call im waiting for hasnt come, so i dont think im going. But i realy want to :(

Kif 07-12-2005 08:51 AM

No, I mean like my friend was talking, and he was like

"Oh you know that kid in War Of The Worlds? He had emo hair, but he didn't listen to emo music. It was more grungy. Emo music is like TBS and MCR"

I just really wasn't listening, but it's funny how people use it so much. I suppose Kerrang could be blamed, since they label so much stuff as "emo".

New HORSE The Band songs are awesome (There's 2 in the sampler I got  )

RissaPoodle 07-12-2005 08:58 AM

I'm sitting in American Government class.

I've seen 3 different wristbands for Andrew McMahon now, it's ridiculous. The official ones are at AP.net, yet people still make more.

God I'm in love with these JM songs. I might upload them, people have to hear them

Do it!

Tjebby 07-12-2005 09:04 AM

Yousendit sucks the big one.... WHat are other uploading sites?

Kif 07-12-2005 09:20 AM

Youshareit but that sucks as well. Mega Upload is OK sometimes, most of the time that sucks as well though

YSI is the best one really, and it does the job

Tjebby 07-12-2005 10:19 AM

Quiet thread....

I know what you mean - according to some people that shall remain nameless (they're actually a little loopy) - I make people "emo" - and they're not talking about me sharing my type of music... no no... apparently i carry the contagious diseas of "depression" upon me O_o

Kif 07-12-2005 10:20 AM

Why the hell have about 200 of my posts just disappeared?

Haha yeah, one of my friend's constantly calls me "emo" just because I listen to "emo" music.

I wear large band shirts (Not skin tight), baggy jeans and Etnies skate shoes. Apparently I'm a post-modern emo...

Tjebby 07-12-2005 10:22 AM

Haha. That sucks Kif, check for removed threads.

Odd. Im almost complete opposite. I wear tight band shirts, big enough to cover my upper body though, jeans that are normal, not baggy or girl jeans, and chuck taylors.

 This reminds me of the "Pop-punk Lifestyle thread"

Kif 07-12-2005 10:26 AM

The only thing that remotely links me to this cliché is the fact I wear band shirts. Although once I get my studded belt, all hell will break loose!

i wear what most girls wear, I just dont prance around in BRIGHT colors like yellow or orange, I guess my assortment of green black red and blue isnt happy enough for them :) and I LOVE my sneakers - they're balck and white checkered old school vans *hugs them*

yeah same here i guess - I have a studded belt, dont wear it much and I've got a lot of band shirts cause i prefer to buy t-shirts at shows and such cause i'd rather not pay $20 fer a t-shirt at the mall... so what if i'm cheap

Tjebby 07-12-2005 10:29 AM

I need to buy some Dickies shorts again.... Yes, I am trendy.

Haha I buy mine from shows too, although I'd like to learn how to make shirts as well. Like draw the designs on, because I've seen some good ones and had a few ideas for shirts as well

I was thinking about that too. It would be cool to start a t-shirt company. My gues at first just draw out designs and stuff, get some blank shirts, go to a t-shirt company, ask them to make them, and sell. You will be making millions in no time.

Haha no I didn't mean like that, just shirts for me. I always thought it was a neat idea to have my very own shirts. I'd probably just use lyrics from bands, maybe a few images if I could draw them.

Tjebby 07-12-2005 10:37 AM

Yeah, That would be cool too. I still think it would be cool to design and sell shirts.

cobert 07-12-2005 10:47 AM

My friend and I want t make a shirt with a mayonaise jar on it, and have it say coheed and cambria on the jar. We both think 'I need mayo' from hearshot kid disaster is funny.

/leaves thread until, oh, say, 11:30 PM.
