I'm trying to learn some songs but the bass isn't even in any songs so... its kind of hard to do it by ear.

Or maybe just a CoB song with decent audible bass.

"Square" or "Sawtooth" on Guitar Pro are the closest you'll get, try match that.

16th notes = 4 notes per beat.

Guitar Pro or Powertab has a standard notation stave above the guitar tablature.

After hearing that blues thing, I reckon you should give one a shot.
