Yep, same here. There's this one girl that says "Your mom goes to college" in response te everything. She's the same girl that wouldn't stop quoting Finding Nemo last year.

I am so sick of that movie, it's the only thing anyone talks about at my school.
Bartender 02-05-2005 09:08 PM

I don't think anyone I know has even heard of Napoleon Dynamite. I've only heard of it myself.

Dancin' Man 02-05-2005 09:08 PM

We went to her house and watched some teribble movie on TV. (Lake Placid?)

In any case, my day was the best so far.

Woodstock 02-05-2005 09:08 PM

Everyone goes, "Tina! You fat lard, come get some dinner!!"

JACKROXYOU 02-05-2005 09:08 PM

 I am from Idaho. It's not like that in the part I'm from though. The movie is actually really accurate though, and that's what made it funny for me. If I had never heard of Idaho before, I would think it sucked, a lot.

Bartender 02-05-2005 09:12 PM

I don't know what significance Idaho holds in relation to this film :) All I know is that it's a film, supposedly a really funny one.

Lake Placid is bad. So far though, yes, your day is winning. I'd rep you for it but I just repped you yesterday for that Maudlin song.

jpj 02-05-2005 09:13 PM

I can't stop saying tots because of that **** movie

It's not. It's extremely overrated, and every half-assed jagoff in school quotes it.....reminds me of the Rick James Plague we had before :amaze:
Idaho sucks.
For the most part yes, but the town I live in is cool. Its a really laid back ski town, so we get a ski resort with the price of having tourists for part of the year.
I don't know what significance holds in relation to this film All I know is that it's a film, supposedly a really funny one.
It was filmed in Preston, Idaho, or something like that.

Speaking of that song, I have every album and Kayo Dot's album so if your AIM or Soulseek ever stop being dead, be sure to get them.

Also - I am again pimping Kadenzza. Anyone who wants to hear, IM me for a taste.

xxxRoCkJuNkiExxx 02-05-2005 09:16 PM

Everyone here in Indiana quotes it; they al say it was really stupid, but funny. I've never seen it though.

I remember watching it and saying to myself, "Was I supposed to laugh at that?". Did you feel the same way?
what's it like there? my girlfriend has a thing for England...
Well I like it. I'm somewhat biased, though.
I remember watching it and saying to myself, "Was I supposed to laugh at that?". Did you feel the same way?
The first time I watched it I: was pretty much that way except for a couple parts that I actually laughed at, but for some reason the second time wasn't as bad for me.
