i've been vibing the new destroy the runner lately anyone else like it?

its not that good imo. i like Saints a lot more. their new one has some catchy tunes but as a whole i thought it was boring

it does get a bit boring i agree, but i think the sound of the record is a bit more mature, saints sounded like every other metalcore release i'd heard.
the same 8, 7, 10 riff over and over
but i enjoyed it nonetheless
im a sucker for anything really catchy

yeah im not saying Saints was amazing but i liked it better than the new one. it did sound like AILD version 2 haha. catchy is good but sometimes it doesnt work for me. ill have to listen to the new one again since its been a while

im on and off with metalcore. i have my main bands that im always listening to, but the other ones i have to be in the mood for. the new Shai Hulud is pretty good, i need to listen to it more.
