it leads to their body under performing and not being able to carry out bodily functions in an efficient manner so they can have a terrible day from it and not realize that they should have just drank more water

I go on water fasting diet at least two days of the week

it provides mental clarity and detoxs shit out of your body

yeah i've done water detoxes a few times and I get a really surreal light headedness that i can describe
