Well we walked out, got a coffee, found out we had nothing better to do, and walked back in and caught the last few scenes.

It was really terrible though. It was like, all one liners and that stupid Alex kid was sooooo annoying.

it was decent but way too long and way too slow

when it got to the climax (people who saw it know what i'm talking about) I was like "wow, this is it? this is all it built up to?"

and yeah, i didn't expect a lot from TDK, because it was so hyped and most movies like that have been super hyped and turn out to be really mediocre. but TDK was actually a really really good movie.

No but it was obviously a bad game, I gathered that because
1) The FC is terrible
2) The game was a constant smattering of boos and "bullshit" and "**** the referees" chants.

Plus a bunch of soccer fans cornered and ambushed some fans in from Dallas. Classy.

We also had to escort the referees out safely because there were fans outside "waiting for them". Apparently even one of the team trainers got tossed today, that's impressive.

Dallas FC does suck, I'll give you that. And TFC gets a rep of having some of the best fans because of the atmosphere provide, but from what I can tell from seeing them on TV, many of the fans look like drunk assholes.

Toronto FC fans are amazing and awful. They have a rep of being loyal to a fault, but it's not the 16,000+ ticket fans that cause problems, it's all the other drunken goons. We get a lot of English hooligans at these games. Granted it's incredible the amount of fan fare such a losing team gets, but the stress is just ridiculous. We had to delay opening the gate because of a bar issue by like 40 minutes, and if thought European Footie fans were confrontational before, imagine them after a long wait.

The atmosphere is fun though, it's just the grief and fear of some huge riot breaking out I didnt like. It was awesome seeing all the guys coming in with their massive gigantic flags and drums, it's just frustrating to be in a position where you're supposed to be keeping the venue safe but you've got drunken goobers threatening the refs and whatnot.

Nah, not at all. There are a lot of them though. I'm the one doing my job and trying to be nice to people and making exceptions and trying to diffuse things rather than wag my **** about. I'm too scrawny to be some macho, aggressive asshole.

I just watched the highlights from the match.

It looked pretty even, and like an exciting match until the red cards. Guevera is such a bitch, I hate that guy so much. I'm not surprised he got a card.

Kenny Cooper is the only player I like for FC Dallas, he is a beast.

There were 2 reds I think. At least that's what the unintelligible fans were drunkenly shouting to me as they left. I'm told that TFC's best player is injured or something, managed to somehow get a concussion.

Yeah there were 2 reds and the trainer also got sent off.

It's no wonder the crowd went nuts.
